CouthInk4's post in Lcpd Error with ELS v8 was marked as the answerYou may have replaced the LCPDFR advanedhook.dll file with the one that came with ELS. Just download the LCPDFR 1.0d manual installer, grab the advacedhook.dll files out of that and drop it into your GTA 4 directory and it should work.

CouthInk4's post in Need help with Nightstick was marked as the answeryou replaced it with the poolcue so you'll have to dit your weapons.xml
open up your weapons.xml in your gta directory which is in either rockstar games - Grand Theft Auto IV - Common - Data - Weapons.xml or Rockstar Games - Grand Theft Auto IV - PC - Common - Data - weapons.xml then add the weapons.xml line from the nightstick readme file.
or you can simply rename your nightstick file w_bat.wdr and w_bat.wtd and replace your baseball bat with it. then you don't have to edit your weapons.xml

CouthInk4's post in How can I add a feature to a police car I downloaded? was marked as the answerThe only way you can add that is with zmodeler.. and you're gonna need some skills.
But before it can be done. The model has to be unlocked (unlocked means it's able to be modified by other people). If it's lockd then you can't do anything to it.

CouthInk4's post in LCPDFR wont start in game was marked as the answerLCPD:FR is installing in your GTA directory... From your log it says it's not installed. So if your mod is not with you game files it won't work. Re-install GTA and leave the folder where it is. It may work then:)
And make sure you are fully patched up with GTA 4... The only patc LCPD:FR supports is 1.0.7.0
