This used to happen for me in the IPS 4 Betas. But since one of the early IPS 4 RCs, it's been fine. I'm not sure if it's something I've done, or if it's something IPS have done. Either way, works perfectly fine for me on the latest version of Chrome on Windows 8.

EDIT: Tom, it seems you're second for post count 'round here, first is Ineseri, but you're miles off him

refreshing the page logs me in for some reason.

Wow, that actually worked for me. Thanks

Have yet to encounter this problem, though I told it to keep me logged in on the previous IPB version we ran.

My personal inbox is not the support forum. I don't mind helping  you with your issues, but you are responsible for your research.  I am not a page in a manual, Google, or the forum search function - look through all three before asking.
A link to a handy how-to guide for getting useful solutions to your problems, and useful answers to your questions. A lot of it may seem irrelevant, but it outlines some great practices to use when seeking answers or solutions.

As did I. I think that's why we both aren't having issues.

Just to add for me.  When I first visit the site, it says I'm not logged in - however, if I click to any other page (forums, downloads, any sections and the page refreshes) I'm logged in.  Using Chrome.  Not a big issue... just have to click something.

Help my channel grow and I can explain to my wife why this addiction to coding is a good thing!

Same thing with me.
