Just because something has "dick" in it doesn't make it immature, I don't know who told you that. And please dont preach about immaturity to me. You're the guy who has refused to make up with anyone that you dislike or be the bigger person in any situation, sure that's your choice to ignore any type of "truce" but that takes your right away to whine about immaturity. And are you telling me that it's harder to make accurate cars when you dont live somewhere? Because that isn't what you seemed to think when you and your friends were complaining about my RCMP (by the way they do use that rear bar lol.) Anyway, to put this little tussle to an end, fix these insane inaccuracies and you won't hear from me, but keep complaining about my inaccuracies while still having a pathetic excuse for NYPD and I'll be all over this thread.

If you want me to be more specific:
    - Add ballistic panels on the front doors of the car
    - Add interior 10-52, on duty, etc. stickers to the dashboard
    - Add interior ballistic/bulletproof glass windows
    - Depending on the car you need to just redo every interior, I'd be more specific about that but I'd be doing all the work for you

You can't possibly think that's how these things are supposed to be mounted: A laptop on a stick welded to the center console? Really? Floating siren controllers? A triangle wedge for the siren controller in the Impala? This aint it.

This may be hard to grasp from an outside point of view, which I understand but trust me I've tried to be more constructive about it. I've PMd walter multiple times over the course of several weeks, I've told him in servers many times both before and after he decided to edit his NYPD, and so has many other people he just refuses to listen or acknowledge it because he can't take the ego hit. As much as I hate arguing in public with people, he just won't respond to anyone's private messages so this is what it has become.

Not to argue, because I understand you don't want this to boil down into a heated argument but, well you're missing the point. I don't live on this site, and while I do hate to see NYPD disrespected like this, I don't care all that much about walter and you and desk jets. I'm pointing out walter's hypocrisies. He preaches maturity and accuracy, but can't for the life of him do either. These are inaccurate, and poorly made NYPD cars, he's immature and cannot take constructive criticism to the point where I just need to lay it all out. He does have all the resources short of living in NYC, he is just too lazy to use them.

This argument has been hashed out time, and time, and time again on here. I still haven't seen a shred of evidence that I'd be safer without my guns.

Crime rates in the US are dropping as well while thousands of guns are being purchased every day. This is with every single state allowing concealed carry permits for it's residents and many states having no requirement for a permit to carry.

The problem with arguments like yours is that it inherently assumes all people who have firearms are evil and looking to kill each other. If this was the case, then suburban and rural areas would be littered with bodies, as they have the highest firearm ownership rates.

You conveniently ignored the most damning part of my post, so I'll elaborate on it. After the "Assault Weapon" Ban of 1994, the Clinton administration, easily the most successful administration to wage war on the 2nd amendment, directed the Center for Disease Control to study the use of firearms in self defense cases. It's results completely contradicted what they were hoping for. The 10 year study, from 1994 to 2004, found firearms were used in self defense cases to prevent  crimes between 800,000 to 2.5 million times. The reason why an exact number is so hard to find is because if a crime is prevented, then there is no reason for police to make a report on it.

The reason why people like me cling to our guns so feverishly is because they are a great equalizer.  A favorite quote of mine is "God created man, Samuel Colt made them equal." An average woman would have no hope of fighting off an average male attempting to cause her harm. An elderly person would have no hope of fighting off an average male attempting to harm him or her. An average male would have no hope of fighting off multiple men attempting to harm him or his family.

A majority of gun crime is committed in low income areas in major cities, where gang life is the only way to make money. Those areas also have the strictest gun control laws. For a while, it was illegal to leave your house with a firearm in Chicago unless it was disassembled. Surprisingly, gangbangers didn't give a shit about it.

A majority of mass shootings, which make the news far more often than the 50+ people shot a week in Chicago, occur in gun free zones. In Nevada, it is illegal to bring a firearm into a hotel. That didn't stop Steven Paddock. It is illegal nationwide to bring a firearm into a school. That didn't stop Adam Lanza. James Holmes, the shooter who shot up a screening of The Dark Knight Rises, had multiple theaters with larger auditoriums closer to home than the one he chose. The one he went to was a gun free zone.

People that commit mass shootings are attempting to get the highest body count. They can't do that if some one shoots back at them because it brings them from offense to defense. Or it just kills them. In a vast majority of cases, attempted mass shooters either give up or kill themselves when confronted with some one with a gun, be it law enforcement or civilians.

Firearms are used for sport, hunting (unlike Germany, there is vast wilderness in the US with large predators), and most importantly, to protect the most inherent natural right, the one to self defense.

    Hi whoever is reading this,

So it has been a very long time coming, and I have thought about this a few times but I am finally quitting LSPDFR and probably GTA. I know you're probably wondering why did I just post a picture of a cop car I modeled then, well that was before I realized I was quitting and demotivated thanks to chapperoni for giving me a kick in the butt. There have been MANY things leading up to this decision, and of course it isn't an easy one to make ive been in the community for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed a lot of it (ish) and found new hobbies of mine like modeling and graphic design, and subsequently police cars and has directed my attention at a law enforcement career in the future (maybe, probably not though.)

Anyway here are some reasons why I am leaving, I was going to keep this brief but really fuck that, not here to start an argument or anything either thank you to the staff for your help and im not trying to call anyone out of course just hoping this will open your eyes if you want to keep your mod alive.

    - Toxic, toxic modding community. Not that this is necessarily the mod's fault or the general community's fault but man are the modders on this toxic. For those of you who have yet to see what goes on behind the scenes it is just full of negativity, immaturity, and constant shit talking no matter what you do. It is hard to spend money on ZM, and lord  knows the time to make models for a plugin for a video game as your hobby just to have half of the modding community tear your shit up because your lightbar is an inch too high or your antenna is curved a bit, or god forbid you dont have a cone and a bag in your trunk.

    - Inactive and/or generally unsupportive staff team. Again not trying to call any of you out, and those active ones you know who you are and I fully support you but those who arent its not very great. I haven't seen 90% of the staff team even so much as comment on a post in a very long time, which by all means is great go have your life dont focus on some police mod for a video game, but you cant expect the community to stick around. Someone can post a shitty, obviously troll model or livery and it wont get taken down for 6 hours just to have the whole community berating them and reporting them but no one doing anything about it, or they can leave a 1 star review saying some pointless shit on a mod you spent weeks on and guess what... you report it and nothing happens, just sad how unsupportive the staff is.

    - NO UPDATES! It has been 1 1/2 years since the last update for LSPDFR, with an experienced team behind it, a supportive community, and plenty of staff working on it nothing has been done. I know I know "BUT 0.4 IS COMING ITS GOING TO CHANGE THE GAME!!!!" simply... no. An animation has been added. And RDE and EUP have been watered down and then added. Not only is it not good, its just bad, not trying to be rude but nobody wants that, I could care less for stop and frisk or having mods that are already in my game dimmed down, we need an actual update. I know what you're thinking: "t0y you IGNORANT SLUT! YOU ARE A MODELER YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GAME DEVELOPMENT AND SCRIPTING!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TALK YOU FAT SLOB!" first of all im not fat, and that is very rude, second of all ITS BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF there have been so many scripts made, and huge game improving mods like from Albo that have taken less than a year in a half or PNWParksFan who has made an ENTIRE COAST GUARD CALLOUTS MOD in less than that time that has 100x more content than that update, and those are all by one person not even a whole development team. Up until the 0.4 announcement I had just thought the scripters or creators or whatever you guys are called just ditched the whole mod which is really sad considering I have spent countless hours, even 100s of hours making content for this community on my own time, without asking for donations, or trying to sell godawful merchandise. I really would've expected more from you guys, and you've failed us.

    - Honestly it's just boring. A repetitive mod that barely scratches the surface into anything police related. There are police chases, sure but you chase the guy for 4m, get run over by 100 cop cars "helping" you, pit the guy, shoot him, call a coroner, and drive away then rinse and repeat. No cordoning off the scene, calling investigators, directing traffic away from it, getting backup to come and park near the scene to help out, nothing that isn't action filled, like normal police work. It's just not enough to spend so much time on making models for, I would be willing to bet that there has been 5x as much time and effort spent on modeling for the community as I've seen from people like Matt who spends so much hard work on his models than the mod itself which is just silly. AGAIN because I know this will be taken the wrong way im not trying to call you guys out, I know you have a life, it's just a reason why im out of here.

    Anyway to conclude. Yeah. Bye.

Thanks to all the people that I was friends with over the years, you know who you are (most of you are in Faux Policiers, if so this is repetitive and we're still going to talk to so not saying bye so this is pointless so special thanks to you guys: Emil, DudeMan would be cooler if this was your real name but fuck off, Eric, Jay, Rob, Alex, Maurice, Steven, Brad, Hank, Jake, Jed, Kevin, Kus, Luke, and Trevor sorry you're last but you're offline so your name is on the bottom of the list.

    Project: Port Authority Police Department
Current Vehicles: Hi there so I am reviving my PAPD pack, it is just vics for now and me and Robert need to redo the emissives for the highrisers but these are the vehicles so far. I will be releasing the non-highriser version tomorrow with the highrisers version, and some other models from the PAPD released at a later time.
Planned Vehicles: Not sure what other vehicles I am going to make because the Double SLR thing is not that plausible so we will see.

I've updated both bases since this picture, the inspection stickers, and interiors.

Thanks to @RobertTM for the beautiful Highrisers.

Project: New York City Police Department
Current Vehicles: So we all saw this day coming. t0y is making NYPD. This is my city, so I will make them as accurate as possible and do as many vehicles as possible, I have some very good sources, pictures, and videos so this will be pretty accurate. I have the unmarked HWY vic, and this HWY vic as a WIP but this is no where near done still need to to the interior, and some other things to the exterior.
Planned Vehicles: Everything. Including Ballistic Panels and Bulletproof Windows which have been added to every FPIU in the city, the panels on almost every vehicle in the city, and the windows to every FPIU, and most fusions so far.

Again, thanks to Robert for the highrisers, and all of these cars have been updated since I took the pics or are a WIP!

    Project: White Plains Police Department
Current Vehicles: I have 4 vehicles finished at the moment, but may be cutting that down to 3 with another two FPIS vehicles planned. The current cars I have are 419, 429, 438, and 462 which are all Ford Police Interceptor Sedans with the RX2700 variants with PiPS ALPRs, without PiPS ALPRs, the Legacy variants one with MPH ALPRs, one without although I may be switching out the ALPRs, or just removing them entirely from the Legacy variant. The ALPRs that White Plains uses I dont have, but I have contacted some scratch modelers to see if they can help me out, I may or may not be adding them to this pack, but my next pack also uses them which will be about 3 times the size of this one so it will go to better use.
Planned Vehicles: I plan on adding several more vehicles, but just of their core fleet. I currently have 3 FPIS' with another Traffic one coming up with their Dominator, Ions, and Inner Edge XLP, with maybe a stealth livery. In addition to that, I have decided not to make their CVPIs as they are being phased out, like most departments and I will be making some of their 2014+ FPIUs, but I am not sure how many variants they have of that, so if it is just 1-2 I may add a CVPI or 2 in there who knows, regardless the pack will be made up of FPIS', FPIUs, and maybe some CVPIs, nothing more.

    Car 429:

This vehicle will either be updated with accurate ALPRs, or removed completely but there will still be a version with this lightbar (Whelen Legacy)

    Car 438:

This car has the accurate WPPD RX2700 thanks to Five0, and PiPS ALPRs, I also made a version without the ALPRs which is their most common vehicle.

    Project: Utica Police Department
Current Vehicles: I have finished just this one vehicle, which is already 1/3 of their fleet. This is a 2006 CVPI with their new graphics, based on car 54, it has grille lin3s, and a Federal Signal Legend. The car has forward reds on the lightbar and in the grille, with two rear blues. The interior has the toughbook, with a custom screen and keyboard, and some random UPD textures, and a bunch of other random stuff, cencom controller, motorola xtl5000, etc.
Planned Vehicles: I plan on adding just 2 more vehicles, since that is the entirety of their fleet. One 2016 FPIS, and a 2013 generation Tahoe with SSV rims, both will have their legends, grille lin3s, an the FPIS will use the rear ions that they use IRL.

    Car 54:

Thanks to @Slendis for the badge, and helping with the livery, specifically the weird gradient specs they use.

    Project: Utica Police Department
Current Vehicles: Soooooooooooooo that was quick. I finished the rest of Utica lol, however it is only a 3 car fleet, with the same simple LIN3 + Legend lighting on every car, so it wasn't that big of a pack to make. Included is a 2006 generation CVPI, 2012 generation SSV Tahoe, and a 2016 generation FPIS all with forward red and white lighting, 2 grille area LIN3s and the Federal Signal Legends.

    Car 40 (Supervisor)

    Car 44:

    Summary:
New York State Police: 19 vehicles from various troops, Finished
White Plains Police Department: 5 vehicles from various precincts, Finished
Utica Police Department: 3 vehicles from their main division, Finished
New York State Park Police A Chevy Tahoe as a test vehicle w/ dirtmapping, etc. may become a full 3 car pack In Progress
Westchester County Police Department: Large pack, comparable to NYSP Possible future pack

Releases are all pending, will depend on how long it takes to finish the other packs, and when I can get showcase videos made by the talented @MrOxPlay and screenshots from the also slightly talented @Chappie :)

Project: New York State Park Police Department
Current Vehicles: Hey girls, so here is my most recent, and last project for a while. The New York State Park Police Department patrols the state's parks, and is a state based equivalent of the USFS so it's basically a law enforcement park ranger hybrid. They use a few vehicles, most commonly the 2013 generation Tahoe which I have made, and a FPIS' and Impalas. The reason I made this specific model was mostly to test out dirtmapping on the windows and the body of the vehicle, inspired, and helped a lot by Ranger Rick so huge thanks to him. This will be a standalone vehicle, and I edited the SSV rims, and included the real lighting setup NYSPP uses except with added Avengers so these aren't my most accurate vehicles.

There is the dirtmapping, which will spread from the body to the window and has its 4 stages of course, only when the vehicle is dirty can you see it so it isn't like that all the time.

    The vehicle without dirt.
(Fixed the hood text, moved it back so it isn't all stretched like that, forgot to update the texture in ZM)

    Summary:
New York State Police: 19 vehicles from various troops, Finished
White Plains Police Department: 5 vehicles from various precincts, Finished

Big thanks to Ranger Rick, Cj, Lundy, and Matt for helping me with the dirtmapping, and with the truck in general even though it isn't the most unique car i've made.
