Unfortunately there is no solution for this problem. If this occurs, you just have to start a new game.

It's possible that there were cars parked outside of the house that were then changed by the car mod. The game save doesn't just save the car itself, it also saves it's location and other little things that are then changed when you install car mods. Try deleting the gamesave or removing the car mods.
The gamesave may also be corrupted due to this.
