  1. I was going to ask the same thing
  2. Every time I get motivated to start doing a pack 🤣 Ah well. Back to the drawing board.
  3. Install a program called "Audacity" then look for some YouTube tutorials bud
  4. Zmodeler 3 isn't free, but it's not expensive either. It's about $4 per month. Paint.net is free though.
  5. Zmodeler 3, a texturing program (I.E. Photoshop, or Paint.net ) and lots of patience
  6. Is it an NYPD one in particular that you're after ?
  7. This pack has a 2020 FPIU in it. But it's not the right lightbar for NYPD
  8. I actually started making ELS lore cars a while back, but I only got as far as the police stanier and work took over, so it slipped by the way side. I could always pick it up again.
  9. You can put the GTA V.exe from the normal game into the enhanced an it will work. But Yeah, I'd wait.
  10. I seems to me that the enhanced version can't be modded YET. I've tried installing ASI loaders, trainers and scripthook, but they don't work. And, neither will OPEN IV as it says, there's no gtav.exe because it's been called GTAV-Enhanced.exe I'm sure there'll be a work around eventually.
