This is my temporary thread of a few vehicles i think would look cool in the GTA V environment.  It will be added to over time.

Just some way to get rid of these horrid liveries and replace them with the one the VSPI has...

I'll be pretty content with defaults until someone makes these:

There would be nothing better than sitting on the freeway or highways and waiting for speeders in a good ole CVPI with a Vector. I'd change the livery to LSPD/LSHP, but I still want to cruise in a CVPI.

I agree. Until someone makes a pack of true LAPD and CHP vehicles I'm sticking with the default. Sitting on the highway in the desert is going to be the first thing I do!

i gree they are horrible, plus that one cruiser looks like terribly mutated ford taurus.

i agree, to me GTA V has a West Coast feel and thus must have vehicles that fit that, big East Coast city vehicles would never fit.

I really can't see myself replacing the models of the cars in GTA V at all.  I was thinking a setup where you have the LSPD cars with proper paintjobs (a bit like the one on the Stanier, and then change the Sheriff SUV so that it is all white like the Sheriff Cruiser, would be the best.

On top of this, maybe it would be an idea to do away with the park ranger thing and have them as the Blaine County sheriffs instead of having the LS sheriffs up there.

I did that for the buffalo already. Someone else did it for the Vapid Interceptor.

not a bad idea.

I too am not too eager to modify the game itself; however, I would modify the vehicle population files to have more variance in the police cars.

I would also only replace a GTA V vehicle if someone did a proper conversion of an 81' DeLorean DMC-12.

He means for when V comes out. Chances are, just lie IV and SA, the models will probably be different sizes and templates won't match, so the skins will need to be remade :)

This. I don't care that Gta 5 is set in a Los Angeles type, I need Boston vehicles.

Australian police vehicles would fit in very well with GTA V's graphics. The thing i am looking foward to the most is patrolling the Senora desert in a Holden SS Commodore set up like this: (but on the newer VE model like GTA IV)

Or this: (but on the series II with hubcaps)
