What do you mean the car spawns everywhere? Meaning it's the only car that spawns with a few other vehicles sometimes?
If you created a UV Mapped version of the vehicle, my thought is that you're having the equivalent to the taxi bug. Install a taxi bug fix and see if that helps.

Speaking of fillers, the police computers still have the LCPD screen on them. Just shows you how much Rockstar really don't give a damn about the emergency vehicles, I can't really blame them though, the majority of people are going to be killing the cops rather than role-playing as them (I haven't played the game in about 5 months, so this may of been patched but I doubt it).

It should remain a private thing, practiced in privacy or in dedicated places like churches, and shouldn't at any point impact the everyday life of another person than you.
