    So i have all of those files in the directory.  I put a commandline with the following:
     
    -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -percentvidmem 100 -memrestrict 681574400 -memrestrict 629145600 -noprecache -novblank -frameLimit 0 -texturequality 2 -renderquality 4 -shadowdensity 1 -viewdistance 29 -detailquality 29 -availablevidmem 27.0   It fixed a lot of the problems.  Gta now runs, but there seems to be some texture loss (city looks like its covered in fog) and it freezes if i access the pause screen.  Im not sure how to fix this.
