The funny part is that if it was WAPOL textures no one would give a damn. I know a few Real cops around here that play LSPDFR.

I've got a problem that I can't figure out. I watched to tutorials and installed all the right stuff (LSPDFR and ASI loaders and Open IV) I load up the game it works fine. I press F8 and nothing happens, In the game folder there's no .ini File,all of my Scripts are up to date. I can't find this problem anywhere else. Any help would umm..... help, thanks I've been modding GTA IV and SA for just over 2 years. So i know my way around mods. But i only started modding GTA V 4 days ago. I've managed so far and everything i already have installed works fine (Loads of plugins and Vic & ped mods).

It's either LCPDFR 1.1 or vdh Police helper 1.2.1b. But every time I spend time setting up a command post using Barriers and cones I hear a Faggio spawn and start its engine. They it revs up and beeps its horn at me. The only problem is I can't see it or touch it and if I leave the area and come back its still there. Do you have a clue what is causing this?
