As a quick note from a moderation perspective, if you can't help yourself from discriminating based on gender, then don't post.  I really don't care if you're quoting lyrics or whatever, keep the hate speech out.  Putting a bunch of people into a single box and calling them bitches because they are of a different gender isn't how we as a society should be in the 21st century.

I go to this school theres this asian girl there that REALLY likes me. 3 problems. one shes 21 i'm 16. Two she tried to give me a $900 brand new phone.

I told her i couldn't take it. now she is sad.

 

3rd problem her mood is based on mine (if im sad shes sad)

 

What the hell do i do to let her know we are just friends?

Quite frankly, don't rely on what strangers will tell you what to do on the internet. Follow your gut instincts or ask somebody you actually know well enough and trust for advice. This isn't just for dating advice, but basically all things in life. It's important to be who you are and not what people will tell you to be.

 

I'm not trying degrading the advice of other's here, because sometimes stranger's opinions can be equally as important as someone you may know.

As I said earlier, it depends on the state. In Florida, if she's still under 24 and he's 16 or older, it calls into this difference of age Loophole. Each state is a little different on how this is approached. In some states, it's strictly 18 or older, in quite a few others, it is as low as 16. Then like In Florida, the law says 18 with certain exceptions.

Just wanted to clear up the legality POV for US, as unlike a lot of countries, it really doesn't run a strict national basis (or it doesn't yet.)

I believe the person you quoted meant she is in the US illegally. As in an illegal immigrant.
