Sooo... I've begun development on a mega pack of skins for the GTA V police vehicles. So far, the pack only supports the Vapid Interceptor and Vapid Stanier (more vehicles will be added). The pack will include all the skins that Abraxxas made in his vdh texture pack  (these skins will be made by me though), just to reduce the amount of requests (if we ever get there, of course), as I am indeed open to requests, so please do. Screenshots are on their way, but for the moment, tell me what you think. Should I carry on with this? Is it worth it? Is it a good idea? Would you want this? Answers to questions like those are what I'd like to see in your feedback.

Screenshots for the first 4 skins have been uploaded. 'FlyUS Aviation Security' skin still needs some work on the rear. Some progress has been temporarily delayed due to other projects related to Zmodeler. More screenshots will be uploaded each month, see my gallery albums for more images. Keep the requests coming people, I've got aaaall day!

ArmA's pretty fun, has a shit ton of mods (DayZ being one of them), and also has a lot of graphics settings so you can play it fine on netbooks even. Its a combat simulator, like Battlefield but much more realistic. However, its meant for online play (but does have single player campaign). You should also give Saints Row a go, which again, has plenty of graphics settings.

Luck. I made a crap-ass video some years back and got 30k views (true story). But seriously, a good title and keywords is essential, people not finding your video is one of the reasons many fail to get views. The programs you use are absolutely fine. Also, avoid looking like a 'noob', make yourself appear professional and give your channel a make -over. Good luck!

It's ELS, without a doubt. The video credits Yard1, LMS, and Lt. Caine, right? Now that's because Lt. Caine, of course made the ELS script, and it was mentioned somewhere that LMS solved the door bug. Yard1 made the model in the video. All adds up.

Hello everyone, i am in the middle of converting the gta v cop peds to iv and i have heads and uppers and don't know what head goes with what department uniform and so forth. So if anyone can send me some reference pics because i can't find any, that would be nice and i can continue converting, everything so far is going good. The sooner i get responses the sooner i can complete...Here's a quick pic of what i have to organize..

You have no idea what you're missing over on GTA4-Mods.com. There are probably around 30 GTA V cars already converted, including the Turismo R.

Trust me, after a couple of weeks of zmodeling you'll be feeling like a god. Start off by using Google to find tutorials. That's how I began modeling. Do something simple, like changing a wheel, or a lightbar.

Screw that mathematical nonsense, I always began my descent whenever it felt appropriate, never went wrong. Say, anyone play X-Flight 10?

Joking aside, I don't think there is such a thing as a government who trusts its people. Or a country (meaning everyone in the country) who trusts its government. Also, this is relevant:

This debate is about homosexual marriage, not the actual orientation, (so let's try stay as on-topic as possible). Marriage and the actual thing are different, as in marriage, politics are involved, and a few other factor's that can alter ones life (in some parts of the world, anyway).

1. INTRODUCTION
 
Now that the GTA V mod rush has dumbed down a bit, I'd like to get things organized and as such, have made this little thread. Let's start by introducing my LCPDFR self, shall we? Okay, so, my username is a play on words with my real name ('Khan' in 'Khanage', Khanage being pronounced as 'carnage', get it?). I've only recently joined, around last Halloween and made skin mods, having since learnt how to make proper models (well, not really 'make'). And now here I am, on a thread on which I'll be showcasing all my WIP/REL mods. If you like what you see, press the little green arrow to the bottom right of this post! Oh, and although this is a 'cop shop' I'll also be doing civilian mods at some point. (BTW excuse my poor screens)

So that's my one & only work in progress, the rest of my mods are either just ideas or have already been released. My ideas include, numerous NFS themed vanilla police vehicles, an ELS or Non-ELS Knightrider Trans Am, Merryweather and Fort Zancudo Canis Mesa (zancudo version possibly with 0taku's beacon light, modified to non-els). But, what I want to do right now is an LCPD 2nd Gen Buffalo. So yeah that's about it for my thread, more mods coming soon though!
 

Okay, so a quick introduction for those who don't know me (that well). I have started modding GTA in 2010 with San Andreas with a focus on aircraft and military equipment (you'll still find some cars, peds, trucks here and there). So, in 2011 I have made first steps in IV, as I wanted to bring some of my helicopters to Liberty City. In 2012 I have improved my IV mods and also released military ground vehicles and cars. So now we're here and I will start with my most recent work: GTA V Vehicle converts for IV's PC version. 
 
As you can find pictures on the mod page aswell, I will post the already available ones as GTA4-Mods links ONLY for now, so I don't have to re-up them all one by one. The next mods will also get a Mediafire link.

Are you fucking kidding me!? How many times has this kid broken the law! There should be a bounty on his head by now.

A police investigation!? Wouldn't that just affect someone for the worse, I mean, who'd want the history of being the victim of 'sexual harassment' looming over their head? She must have a very awkward time wherever she goes now. Anyway, in terms of all these differences between gender, I think guys just deal with it better, psychologically, as many women are generally inferior (not how I want society to be, but thats how society is) to men, so they feel they need more protection due to their vulnerability (not saying all women are vulnerable, of course).
