There is no GTX 610. The GTX series starts at 645. Anything under that (605-640) is a GT. Therefore you must have a GT 610, which does not have support for video capture.

Okay, I see your point. I was only asking for the sake of having a better understanding. Obviously I don't believe any one person should act as judge, jury, and executioner; nor do I believe the government is committing murder with the death penalty.

So here's two scenarios: Someone killed my brother or friend or whatever, I found out who it was and had solid evidence that it was him, then killed him. Someone killed a random person, police found out who it was and had solid evidence that it was him, court sentences him to death. I am acting with evil intentions and the court is not?

(I'm not saying this to disagree with the death sentence, just to point out a flaw in that logic) Using that logic, revenge or avenge killing should be perfectly legal.

Well the game will load the settings every time you start, so I'd imagine that command will load settings that you changed while the game was already opened.

People that give up are the ones that wanted to be caught (whether they know it or not) or know they just are not getting away. Regardless of if there is a death penalty, people that want to go out in a blaze of glory will do so. In my opinion, it does depend on the seriousness of the crime committed, and even that applies to murder. If it was just one purposeful murder, then life in prison without parole is fine. If it was accidental, then maybe a lessor sentence. (I know there are other words for these besides "murder" but I'm an accounting major, not criminal justice). If it was a killing spree like shooting up a school or a movie theater, then death penalty it is. A shoplifting cannot be considered a serious crime. Like the user above me said, if someone was killed during the shoplifting then that would be murder, a completely different crime. Believe it or not, the justice system does have specific definitions of the severity of crimes...otherwise everyone would always be sentenced the same regardless of what they did.

Well like BlackJesus said, the cost of living in NY is a lot higher than other states, especially so in my area. Granted I have no idea what it would be like to live on a police officer's salary since I have never had to, but there are definitely a lot better paying jobs. A lot of people live "upstate" (usually as far as Orange County, but probably Dutchess County or farther as well) and work in New York City because the jobs pay more, since the cost of living in the city is extremely high. Here's New York State Police salaries just for more information: Notice this part: "additional location compensation for New York City and the following counties: Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester." Meaning the cost of living in these areas is higher than the rest of the state.

Search %appdata% in the start menu (assuming you're on Windows 7). Pressing enter will bring you to the Roaming folder, so click on AppData in the directory bar, then open local and go from there.

Make sure you have all of the dependencies installed (listed below). Also make sure you only install the x86 version of each, and uninstall any x64 versions. You can do this by opening the control panel, going to Uninstall a program and finding the following programs in there. If you find one of these with an x64 in it, uninstall it. And by "depends on your asiloader" he means it is in the first one with xlive (because GFWL is disabled in this case) and the second one with dsound (because it saves with GFWL so the savegame transfers to other computers I guess). It will also go to the second one without any asi loader.

Simple...uninstall the Big City Life mod. If you really don't want to do that, then try disabling the keys for the trainer. You'll just have to open the trainer to do everything with it. In trainer.ini, set KeyBindingsDisabled=1

You need to have a multiple-livery enabled vehicle (pretty much every modded vehicle). The default cars are not multiple-livery enabled.

Unless the game automatically does through a callout, you need to press Alt-E to start a pursuit. This will make the backup, as well as other units, join in on chasing the suspect.
