Having a reoccurring issue when using ELS 8 models that utilize rotator lightbars (DROT & ROTA setting). When I turn my lights on they rotate and work flawlessly, but once I step outside of my vehicle with the lights still on it's a 50/50 chance that they freeze steady and remain until I reenter the vehicle. Even though they are frozen steady while outside of the vehicle, it still simulates rotation on buildings etc. Has anybody else came across this issue? If so what.... if any fix will correct this issue?

its because when you get out you're turning the Car off.. I Believe if you Hold F to get out it will keep the car.. or it might be the other way around im not sure its been awhile

From my experience holding F will turn the car off.

 

what works for me is tap 'F' and holding down 'W' while making sure the player doesn't close the door as they get out

There is no fix as far as I know, as it's hard-coded into the game.
