Yes, that would solve the issue. Mods ending in .net.dll (as well as other extensions, .net is most common) and their .ini files go in the scripts folder. Mods ending in .asi and their .ini files go in the main directory.

The 750 should be rather small, I used to have a 650 that was half the size of the 660 Ti I had after that. So you shouldn't have a problem with it physically fitting into the computer. It looks like the max wattage on your power supply is 330W, while the 750 and 730 requires a minimum of 300W. That's cutting it extremely close and you should probably upgrade to at least 500W. You might be alright with only 330 since the actual usage is only 55W and 49W for the 750 and 730 respectively, but still...

You can install it to it's own directory, anywhere really. I have mine in the same folder I store all the mods I have downloaded. It works no matter where it is installed, but GTA IV might see the files and be...confused if they are in the main GTA IV directory. Like I said, I'm not sure if it actually causes issues or not.

I'm not sure if it would cause any problems, but it looks like you have SparkIV installed in your GTA IV directory. Uninstall it from there and install it somewhere else.

As for lights, every state in the US has different laws regarding what is required. In New York, police vehicles can only have red and white forward facing lights; and red, white, blue, and/or amber rear facing. I'm sure the same applies to liveries, but I'm unsure of any specific laws.

I highly doubt a website called "stuppid" is serious.

The penalty should be whatever the normal penalty for making a fake 911 call is in his state, plus whatever damage was caused because of the fake 911 call. 25 to life is ridiculous, and swatting is hardly an act of terrorism.

The notification he is referring to is on the website, not in the game. Everybody who follows the LCPDFR file in the downloads section would have gotten a notification saying it was updated a few days ago. I'm guessing someone changed something in the description. There is no new update at this time.

I'm pretty sure that entire website is fake, similar to The Onion, but I never heard of it before. Just read the "Headline:" things on the top of the screen. One of them is "President Obama to resign January 1st." An actual news company would have reported on that.

The only reason people think it's going to be delayed is because Rockstar hasn't said anything else about the game yet (at Gamescon, etc). But...why would they need to release anything new for a game that is already out? There is no need for them to "hype" a game that is only being re-released. The only other thing is that they haven't announced a release date yet. But you never know with Rockstar, they could announce it the day before it releases.

No, you don't have to install the taser manually. AdvancedHookInit.asi automatically adds the taser to the game every time you play, it doesn't matter which LCPDFR install method you use. Press T to spawn it. I missed that part in the original post.

There is no dialog telling you to press Y/N, you just press Y or N to accept or deny the callout.

Someone shared this on Twitter a few days ago so I'll say the same here: No, they didn't. The "source" they linked is an article about a rumor. Hardly a trustworthy article if they are using rumors as fact.
