I really don't think there's any point in switching to Ultimate. Before the release of Windows 8, it was free with Windows Anytime Upgrade to upgrade to Ultimate, but now you have to pay for it again. I don't think it really makes much difference with games and would be a waste of money.

MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Support Requests since this isn't directly related to the LCPDFR modification itself, which is what the LCPDFR Support section is for. They were probably using an ENB. You can find a few different kinds of them in our downloads section.

This is what I got when I tested the installer: (Might be different for others) By selecting custom installation and unchecking "Install Mezaa," only LCPDFR will be installed and nothing else.

MODERATOR NOTICE Please do not bump topics, someone will respond on their own time if they have a solution. Your posts have been merged. Adding cars to the .ini will not change how they spawn in game. GTA IV handles that, not LCPDFR. According to the LCPDFR documentation, adding cars to AdditionalCopCarModels only adds them to the vehicle selection screen. I'm not sure if it also adds the pullover function.

You may have noticed the word "beta" in the version number. There will be bugs. Not every bug is going to be found by a limited testing team that is only testing in their spare time, and a developer that has little-to-no incentive to make a perfect mod. Nobody is getting paid for this mod to be made, and you are not paying to use it. Plus the bug you found isn't something people are looking for...why would anyone be calling a tow truck for the car they are in? I'm sure Luke is appreciative of the help, but I can see how he might be offended by the way you presented it.

Have you tried playing the game? LCPDFR usually shows that error because you tried opening the diagnostic tool after the installation (I'm pretty sure there's a checkbox for this when the installation finishes). The mod should work just fine.

It shouldn't matter if you have more than what it is needed. I have 24 C++ Redistributables installed from games installing different versions.
