I imagine it wouldn't be a priority response, but if the police are called, the police will show up. That's their job, regardless of the call. It could have been someone from out of town that couldn't get a hold of a family member, so they called the police to check on them. I've read through some call reports that are publicly shared on my university's website and a lot of the calls are welfare checks; parents that are calling UPD to check on their child, since they can't. To start the mod, you need to press Alt-P after finishing the first mission. If the game is crashing because of LCPDFR then you need to create a new topic in the LCPDFR Support section, which will provide you with some info about common errors.

I'm pretty sure the takedown coronas will always face forward. I'm no car modeler...but I think the way it works is that the dummies are only for showing where the light is coming from on the vehicle, but doesn't affect where on the environment the light is emitted. From the ELS User Guide, "Similarly to other coronas, takedown coronas will project directional environmental lighting, in this case, to illuminate the front of the vehicle."

I'm not sure why that would be.

1. Common problem...some people have said that holding W as you exit the car fixes that. 2. Since it's using the DROT type of PRML now, the patterns are different for the PRML section. DROT uses extra 1 for the lightbar and the other 3 are for other lights on the vehicle. You'll have to look through the different DROT patterns in game to find the one you want. The WRNL and SECL sections should be fine.

If it is DROT enabled (looks like it is) then you need this in the VCF: [ PRML ] Type = drot It also needs to be in a vehicle slot that has rotating lights in the original game (police, police2); not LED type lights (noose, FBI, PolPatriot) The rest is the same as anything else.

Uninstall gangrenn's firefighter mod, then re-install LCPDFR. I'm not sure if his mod uses any different files that might conflict with LCPDFR. (I just realized I put x32 instead of x86 in my last post...but I think you got the idea.)

In order to upload a model, you had to have done something to the model (besides just making skins). Basically, you must do something to the model in Zmodeler (add lightbar, interior equipment, etc). If you only create a skin for a model, then you would upload the skin in the Vehicle Textures category, not the entire model. If you are just taking other people's cars and putting them in a pack without editing them, then you cannot upload it.
