  1. Please stick to one topic: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  2. It will save the most recent used subcategory and default to that the next time you open the menu, so you shouldn't have to tab through every time. Also, this is the documentation for the new features: https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/guide.html
  3. Press Tab while holding Caps Lock to cycle through the different categories (I was confused by this as well during testing, so don't worry)
  4. Make sure you are running the game as an administrator (right click LaunchGTAIV.exe, click properties, go to Compatibility tab, check "Run this program as an adminstrator").
  5. Have you tried playing the game? Everything seems to be in order...
  6. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Discussion & Media as this is not a support request for LCPDFR itself.
  7. Download the manual install of LCPDFR and copy the AdvancedHook.dll to your main GTA IV directory.
  8. [system dependencies] Failed to find D3DX9_43.DLL Download and install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
  9. MODERATOR NOTICE Your thread has been moved to GTA IV Discussion & Media. The General & Miscellaneous Discussion section is a general purpose forum for all forms of miscellaneous discussion not catered for by any subject-specific forum.
  10. I actually created batch files for launching one of my two installations, and run the game by running one of those (depending on which one I want to run). This one will launch my EFLC that is heavily modded by renaming the current EFLC to "EFLC LESS MODS" and "EFLC LCPDFR" (modded folder) to "EFLC". If "EFLC LESS MODS" already exists, then it means the folders are already setup to run this version; the cmd won't be able to rename the folders, so it will skip that part. This one is the same, but for running the less modded version (really just no car mods and less scripts, mainly for testing or if I feel like using the default cars) If I want to use SparkIV or OpenIV on a specific installation, I will run the batch file for that installation and cancel the log in screen for the game. Edit: I should specify that I have my EFLC installed on a different hard drive, so the first "EFLC" in the directory would be called "Rockstar Games" for the default location.
  11. I'm pretty sure that is included with >vdH METT/Coroner Mod.
  12. Make sure you are using the updated AdvancedHook.dll that comes with LCPDFR 1.0d.
  13. MODERATOR NOTICE Pretty sure this is not GTA V, so moving to LCPDFR Media.
  14. MODERATOR NOTICE Your thread has been moved to the GTA IV Support Requests forum, as it is not an LCPDFR support request.
  15. Set PreloadAllModels to true in LCPDFR.ini, or check it in the DiagnosticTool.
  16. Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR. You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them. Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods. Please note that failure to follow these instructions may cause this thread to be closed.
  17. Any known bugs with the script itself in previous versions were fixed in the new release, but there's really no point in going into detail about those on the download page. It's covered by "Many other small fixes" in the changelog.
  18. Can you provide a reliable source showing PS4 having heists? I can say, with 99% confidence, that no systems have heists right now. Rockstar is simply not done making them yet, read this for more info: http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/12/16/grand-theft-auto-5-online-heists-finally-revealed
  19. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Discussion & Media, as this doesn't relate directly to the website itself.
  20. If you need support for crashes, please check the LCPDFR Support section for solutions, then make a new topic in that section if you can't find a solution.
  21. You have to be level 3 or higher then you go to the car customization and repair place (a wrench on the map I believe)
  22. I hung out with family and friends that I haven't seen since last new year, or longer, so that was nice.
  23. As the log file says, it's related to the save game feature and can be ignored.
  24. The alternative does not include the advertisement that is in the normal installer. The extra ad you see when using the normal installer will contribute to keeping this website and the mod alive. Damn spammer above me beat me to it.
  25. You can replace the line for policew in vehicles.ide in your TBoGT folder with this: policew, policew, car, POLICE, POLICE, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI1, 100, 999, 0.2345, 0.2345, 0.2, 2, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery The first POLICE corresponds to the handling line the car will use (by default policew does not have its own), and the second POLICE corresponds to the game name (basically just what engine sound will be used). To get it to not spawn in traffic, add policew to cargrp.dat at the end of the line with all of the other police vehicles (I did this to both cargrp.dat in the main folder and in the TBoGT folder). You can then add policew to AdditionalCopCarModels in LCPDFR.ini.
