What key do you have set to enter the car? The default is F. If you are opening the rear door, then you are pressing the key in LCPDFR to open that door, default is E.

ELS turns anything named extra_1, extra_2, etc on and off repeatedly, basically the same as checking and unchecking extra_# in the hierarchy. It has to be named exactly that, though. Anything within the extra_# dummy will flash. So, yes, what BlackJesus1 said.

According to LMS, the error you are having (System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.ExtensionAttribute') happens because you have .NET Framework 4.0 installed, and not .NET Framework 4.5. Installing 4.5 from the link I previously posted should fix the error. If not, then I don't know.

Because that's all ELS lights are...textures that light up. If you want a better bloom effect, then you need an "Enhanced Natural Bloom" mod, otherwise known as an ENB. The default game's lights will not be very bright. Timecyc or visualsettings mods will work as well, and will not have as much of an impact on performance. You''ll need to post your logs to get any kind of help. Also, instead of restarting the game, you can press ~ then type "reloadscripts" and start LCPDFR over. If you don't want to drive to a police station after doing this, press ~ again and type "forceduty".

You have to complete the first mission of the game, then save, then use LCPDFR.

The mod is working fine, you have to press Alt-P to start it when you are able to get in game. Not sure about the game crashing on startup though.

He's free to ask for someone to help him beta test his mods if he wishes. Perhaps he wants just a few people's opinions before he releases anything to the public? A lot of people will think their own work is perfect, when in fact it could use a lot of improvement. He could get feedback from just a few people on what to improve before showing it to everyone or releasing it.

The model has been updated with blue lights in the headlights, fog lights (at least I guess that's what they are), and reverse lights. I didn't test the locked version of the model so it could actually be completely broken... Which it appears to be. Uploading hopefully fixed one now. It should be fine. If it looks broken after installing, just reinstall it. If it still refuses to work properly then let me know.
