Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. You have to press Alt-E after completing a callout (as it says in the top left of the screen).

Disable any anti-virus before downloading. You can re-enable them after the download completes.

If LCPDFR is able to start, then you have the correct version of .NET Framework. I don't believe having a newer version will affect performance.

Make sure you press Y to accept the callout.

The main issue is AdvancedHook.dll. ELS comes with an old version that will not work with the latest version of LCPDFR.

If you have ELS, the cars are probably being removed because they are too far away. In ELS.ini, increase the value for Els_Range_Ai

The evidence collection is a part of vdH Police Helper, not LCPDFR. I believe the evidence stat in the crime stats was for the amount of images you uploaded to the gallery, but it doesn't seem to track that anymore (I could be wrong though).

On the topic of pre-ordering...I only do so when there's a deal that I wouldn't want to miss out on, and I know I'll want to buy it on day one anyway. Download Speedfan (should be easy to find) and keep that on your second monitor as well, so you can monitor the temperatures. The CPU and RAM usage is fine at those percentages.

I'm going to revive this week old topic to say that the download speed on LCPDFR isn't unlimited...I highly doubt ineseri gets any higher of a speed than other active members. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I'm pretty sure current server load is a big factor. Also, for those that posted their internet speeds: Speedtest shows you your speed in megabits per second, and Steam is in megabytes per second. Divide your Speedtest speed by 8 to get your Steam download speed.

This, any additional callouts should be created by the community. That is the point of the API, don't expect any more callouts to be added to the base mod, unless it's necessary (for example, the new boat callout). Same goes for FBI type things. LCPDFR is meant to provide the base tools for being a normal police officer (traffic stop, arresting, having a partner, frisking, base callouts), nothing more. For air support, as you said it is basically implemented already. I wouldn't expect much more to be added to it at this point.

The requirement of "65GB" does not mean the game will be 65GB. They always make the requirement much higher so you are not using the rest of your hard drive space for the game. It will probably be ~30GB. Of course don't quote me on this, but this is how games tend to be.
