I had a friend in middle/high school that was indirectly struck by lightning (it hit a tree across the street, and traveled through the ground) in 2007, right before the end of the school year. He has permanent nerve damage, and it ruined his lifelong dream of becoming a US Marine. I think I remember him saying he was "dead" for about 12 minutes before they revived him in the hospital. Correction - they revived him in the car on the way to the hospital. He did have a really cool cane in 8th grade though.

I believe Toronto and Vancouver (One of which did GTA IV and the other did Max Payne 3) were merged. Edit: Toronto ported IV, Vancouver ported MP3. Vancouver was merged with Toronto, and is now porting GTA V. Edit Edit: Well, I can't really find anything that says Vancouver ported MP3, but regardless they are one and the same now.

I was having this issue when I was trying to create collisions for a rambar. The issue was that the collision model wasn't set up how GTA IV and Zmodeler like it. So it could be an issue with something not being set up correctly somewhere.

Just my personal opinion, and I'm sure real life police agencies do it too, but...it seems pointless to have "911" and "Stop" on a stealth livery...

That depends on the department. A lot of departments I've looked at have a minimum age of 19, I believe NYSP is 20 to apply.

LaunchGTAIV probably will not show the most recent version, because the launcher probably wasn't updated in the patches. If GTAIV.exe shows 1.0.7.0 then you should be fine.
