LCPDFR cannot find advanced hook

Every time I load GTA LCPDFR loads fine (no loader error), but after no more than a minute I get an error message saying that the AdvancedHook.dll or one of it's subsidiaries cannot be found. I have attached all of the log files

I forgot to mention I have reinstalled the AdvancedHook from the manual install and the Diagnostic tool is all green except for the log

Make sure you are running the game as an administrator (right click LaunchGTAIV.exe, click properties, go to Compatibility tab, check "Run this program as an adminstrator").

You are missing the latest version of AdvancedHook. If the automatic installer won't put it for some reason, use the manual installer to get it.
