  3. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff as it is a support topic concerning an unsupported version of LCPDFR. We do not support old versions of LCPDFR, and recommend you use and download the latest version. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

  6. MODERATOR NOTICE Another topic merged to this one as the request wasn't different enough to warrant a whole new topic. Also, you still posted the new topic in the wrong section, please read the "Showroom Style Forums" announcement before posting in the showroom forums: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forum-792/announcement-11-showroom-style-forums/
  7. Try uninstalling the version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (both x64 and x86) you have on your computer, then install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
  8. If you have your API key in the ini of both installations, then I imagine both will update your stats.
  9. When you installed ELS, you copied an older version of AdvancedHook.dll. Download the manual LCPDFR installation and copy over AdvancedHook.dll from that.
  10. Please run the diagnostic tool and post the log.
  11. If you are getting that error then you are not doing something correctly. Make sure you download LCPDFR 1.0d manual installation, take AdvancedHook.dll and copy it into your main GTA IV folder - where GTAIV.exe is located.
  12. Please run the diagnostic tool and post the log.
  13. Manual install will be best.

  15. Are you using v7 config files? Those are not compatible with v8. MODERATOR NOTICE Your thread has been moved to the GTA IV Support Requests forum, as it is not an LCPDFR support request.
  16. MODERATOR NOTICE Please use the edit function to add more information to your post, do not double (or triple or quadruple) post. You need to disable McAfee's protections, but I don't know how to do that. I recommend not using McAfee at all because it isn't a very good antivirus program.
  17. The error in AdvancedHook.log is a generic crash, it doesn't tell me anything. The best thing to do would be to uninstall GTA IV and delete everything in it's folder. Then install GTA IV, install the latest patch (unless you are using Steam), then make sure the game starts. If it does, then install LCPDFR.
  18. Thanks for the information, but you haven't stated what your issue is. If it is that the game crashes after a certain amount of time, then there's nothing we can do except tell you to run the game without any other mods. Modding GTA IV makes it even more unstable than it already is.
  19. Try removing AdvancedHookInit.asi and see if the game starts up.
  20. Use SparkIV instead, it is much better at handling sound files. Also, MODERATOR NOTICE Your thread has been moved to the GTA IV Support Requests forum, as it is not an LCPDFR support request.
  21. If you use dsound, it will use GFWL saves. You can move your offline (xlive) saves from /documents/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/savegames to the GFWL location in users/[windows username]/AppData/Local/Rockstar Games/GTA IV/savegames/user#
  22. I really don't understand what the problem is. If you can't paste in the text box then that's an issue with your browser and I suggest you use a new one. Instead of right click -> paste, try CTRL-V to paste the URL. Also, copy the URL from the bar on top up until the end of the video's code (it will end in a letter or number, if there's a symbol like "&" then don't include that or anything after that). Don't use the hyperlink tool, just paste it directly into the editor. For example, the last link you posted should simply be pasted like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMK_xDHQ69w So it shows up like this:
  23. No, the issue isn't relative. It will happen on every computer so long as GTA IV is loading new img files. The LCPDFR taser is in its own models file that is loaded by AdvancedHookInit.asi, so that out of memory error will happen every time you close the game. If you didn't get the error before then you either manually installed the taser or the taser didn't work because AdvancedHookInit didn't load it.
  24. Alt is a modifier key so it will be "[command]modifierkey". Alt is called "Menu" in the ini.
