Well according to the command prompt thing, LCPDFR does start. Could you delete LCPDFR.log from the main GTA IV directory, start the game up, then post the new LCPDFR.log it creates

Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Maybe I should clarify that it has to be Left Alt-P

For some reason AdvancedHookInit.asi fails to load. I'm not sure why, but if you remove the file it might work. The main problem is that you won't have the taser included with LCPDFR if you remove it, but you can follow the tutorial >here to manually install it.

According to your log the game and mod were able to initialize. Are you sure you are pressing Alt-P to activate the mod?

That's what I figured it was. Nothing else to complain about right now - really nice work on this.

This is the only time it happened. The car rolled over a hill and when I went to it, it was gone along with the body.

I think I killed the guy and it broke the script... Edit: More info...I was chasing him and he got a good distance away when I sniped him with my pistol. I wonder if the game removed him from memory right away, causing this? Edit 2: apparently the plugin wasn't actually shut down like LCPDFR said since I immediately got another callout from it.

Go to your display options and turn the HUD on.

Then make sure you never replaced it - if you installed ELS, then you may have installed an old version of AdvancedHook.
