Well I don't think so, your RPH log clearly says that "item with the same key has already been added." Which can mean that EUP Menu has been loaded already, and you try to load it again, so it's crashed (maybe your RPH settings have more then one option of loading EUP menu), but you can try remove outfit pack to test it out.

Well. You can rename your mods folder to _mods for example and try to test it, will you experience crash or not

It's totally problem with your mods folder.

Ok next time check if you will expecting crash going on duty by regular way.

If the area, try to check what mods did you install into mods folder. Maybe crash can be caused by some map objects (like Sa Forest, L.A Trees, L.A Objects, Custom police stations, maybe custom road signs, etc.)

So to make sure that it's totally Computer fault, after loading game type ForceDuty in RPH console, and after that make traffic stop to the first car you'll see, use LSPDFR Computer to check the ped or plate.

Because in GTA V bullet casings already exists, but in optimization purpose they gonna disappear quickly.

What computer are you using? Vanilla from LSPDFR, Compulite, Computer+ or maybe some other one?

I think maybe it's somehow connected to Maniac Callout, try to remove it.

It means ELS is now working. You have to press "J" 3 times and press numbers on keyboard to make siren work. @plexingtonSo if I understand correctly, it's all working now. If so, I advise you to go and watch some videos about what this ELS plugin is and how to use it.

So if you don't using Addon version, and your siren working while pressing "E", it seems like ELS not working itselft, not the car problem. You sure you install ELS properly? Are you sure you have Script HookV installed on your game?

I'm not sure that kind of mod exists.

VCF is xml file provided with vehicle, you should put that xml to ELS folder (which you probably already know) and it should has the same name as vehicle. I don't know what pack have you installed so I can't know for sure what your ELS folder should have

Gosh, your EUP Menu loading around 3 times in a row. You definitely messed up somewhere during the installation.

Try to install only ScriptHookV (without trainer) ScriptHook.Net, RagePlugin Hook (without LSPDFR), LSR, Gameconfig, Packfile Limit Adjuster, and Heap Adjuster, if it will work, so it's 100% should be compability problem. I recommend doing it on a clean version of the game.

Update RageNativeUI And reinstall LSPDFR, you have old 0.4.8 version. If you are using EUP dont forget to install EUP Configs as well

Make sure you installed ELS vehicle instead of Non-ELS, and don't forget to install VCF config of vehicle.

RageNativeUI is the latest version? And check these things

Stupid question, but did have any of these installed? It's required for plugin to work, but you never know for sure, people usually forgets about it.
