As I can judge it is problem with the cars you have installed. All I can advice to you - find another pack. Well, you see, Author of your cars messed up vehicle.meta file, and it's cause the crash. I gives link for one of packs, install this cars or not, it's up to you. Rename 'police' and 'police3' files to sheriff and sheriff2 (police -> sheriff; police3 ->sheriff2), and don't forget rename XML files of ELS. Reupload your RPH log, please. If you are right, you have crash because of Super Callouts. All you can do it's just delete them. I can recomend you another callouts - ChillCallouts, PeterUCallouts, RegularCallouts, SimpleCallouts I use them by myself (LSPDFR 0.49), and they are work perfectly.
