Hm. I think issue can be cause by the mods. Try rename your mods folder to _mods, for example, and play in LSPDFR without that folder. And don't forget to do this: Create backup and delete custom folder here - Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data Create backup and delete CustomRegions.xml here - Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup

I recommend you delete this plugins. Callout Manager (out of date) FayaCallouts (not updated for a long time) KTFDO (better use BVA) Ridiculous Callouts (not updated for a long time) BasicParkingEnforcement (could be not optimazed well) And try to check your callouts, they can cause some crashes. Next thing is Rich's Ambient Events, in my personal opinion I can surely say that plugs cause crash of LSPDFR sometimes. To make sure that your mod crashes by this plugin check RPH log. This is example of how to understand why crash of mods(not game) was caused Sometimes in 'Exception message:' can be reason of Rich's Ambient Events.

That's becouse some of your plugins has FPS drop. That happened sometimes, when plugin was not optimized. I'm recommended you to delete this plugins, because some of them can be out of date, and can cause that issue: ComputerPlus. HightPriority. MoreRadioChatter(not sure). OfficerporciPlugin (what is that anyway??). SuperCallouts. United Callouts. If you don't want delete all of them, you can just delete your plugins one by onе looking for the culprit by the elimination method. Strongly sure that this plugins are cannot cause the issue: Chill Callouts. Stop The Ped. Ultimate Backup. And probably Section136 Callouts because it was updated recently.

@NotOliver Try to tempererly delete this plugins: -OP Dispatch (Immersive Dispatch) -KTFDO -AutomaticSirenCutout And do the same things as you did before deleting.

Try the same as LSPD Snow did. For make sure that everything is fine make this: Make sure your Radar is On in the game setting. Verify your game files. Make sure you doesn't have the script that deletes minimap. Start new game to rewrite your saves.

Don't worry about new LSPDFR version. You can install it under the Rage Plugin Hook 1.86.1288.16169. Try something from following steps: Clear your commandline.txt inside your GTA V Main directory. Set 'Plugin Timeout Threshold' in Rage Plugin Hook setting to 60000. Try load game without mods folder but with RPH. Load your game with disabled plugins. Delete NightYields TrafficBlock.

LS Noire is out of date and not supported anymore. Probably you can't even loaded it, because it was developed for the LSPDFR 0.3

Probably at that sheriff2 you installed wrong texture. Make sure you install on the correct car - the correct one texture. Make sure you didn't install for the Tahoe 2014 - 2018 texture, for example.
