Verify through Steam? Tried that, and re-installed. The problem with me is mines doesn't open at all, holding down shift before clicking RPH only gives me the loading mouse wheel two times in a row and it's no response, doesn't show as running in task bar. So I can't open RPH to edit settings. I only get a message that I "can't run RPH with elevated privileges" and to disable it after running it in Admin mode. I have no mods, fresh clean install and it's windows antivirus is disabled. RPH ONLY opens when I'm re-installing it for the first time getting their disclaimer screen, then after that it's no response. 30.09.2024_11.50.56_REC.mp4

I have no mods installed, only the requirements for the Los Santos Red plugin mod. I've added my GTA5 folder and RPH to windows security exclusions and re-installed everything 3-4 times. I have no idea what's causing this and I haven't seen anyone else with this particular problem, no response at all like something is blocking it. Here is my folder:

The problem was Scripthookvdotnet the whole time for me. Take it out it runs the LSR plugin, put it & it doesn't.

Just re-installed everything in that order, no joy. Shows loading story mode at the bottom instead of loading los santos red, I can already tell when it's not going to work. I'm so confused but I give up, thanks for all the help. Just going to take it out.

What do they mean by story mode? I have menyoo but duplication is a in-game problem. No police scripts or anything. Could it be ped damage overhaul? Even though I've played the mod fine for two days with the script installed. I haven't added or deleted anything since the day everything was working.

Just LosSantosRed folder, a los Santos RED.dll file and a .pdb file

Worked, but Los Santos Red didn't launch with it. Shift+f10 does nothing. I believe it should say "Loading Los Santos Red" at the bottom with Plugin Hook and It's not happening, just loading story mode. So confused, it works one minute then stops.

Tried this, don't believe it'll work but it's on you. Mines also detect win 10 and I'm on win 11. I believe it's an anti-virus but I'm not positive yet, many people having this same problem all of a sudden.
