  1. Delete ambient AI callouts. It's unstable plugin and can crashes randomly. But this crash doesn't have certain reason. PeterUCallouts is more or less stable plugin. You just fucked up when you deleted PoliceSmartRadio with callout files.

  22. Delete EUP, Reinstall LSPDFR using Manual install. Then reinstall RPH, reinstall EUP and set this config Use EUPFR Basic - without addons cars. If it doesn't help - reinstall your game and make sure you will not set some useless mods to the game like custom loading spinner.
