The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Their issue is caused by outdated memory patterns that no longer match the current game version - changing blip settings won't do anything here. They just need to update their LSPDFR build.
