Additionaly to Lennyy's advice you have to change in lspdfr.ini string: Main.WorkaroundDLCVehicles = true, set to false.

It could be possible. I think vehicle itself is fine, but while you was editing script you could accidentally messed it up, so it causing crash now.

I think changing audioHash in vehicles.meta could help.

I'd also like to add on my own behalf to what @Lennyy advised, remeber are you somehow changed lspdfr's .xml files for agencies, if so revert the changes. Last thing that happend was trying to Spawn StatePatrol unit for call: And just after you got crash:

If even in base game you have wide notifications, then there is something with your monitor I think.

I'm not sure if it help, but try to delete settings.xml in C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\ and cfg.dat & pc_settings.bin in C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles. Then load into main GTA V and check if some ingame notifications are wide (sms from characters, or about bissnes etc.).

What if you copy your plugins folder, rename it to _plugins to disable, then delete everything from enabled plugins folder expect LSPDFR files, and check if there is notification gonna be messy.

If there is no mods, then game files is corrupt. Verify them.

You have to install replace vehicles into latest patchday which is 29 right now if I'm not mistaken.

Wait for update of Simple Trainer, or use Rampage trainer instead. It's common problem with snow in Simple Trainer, because of GTAO Chop Shop update.

You don't need to delete original gameconfig. Now you have to copy update.rpf again to mods folder via OpenIV.

rename mods folder to something like _mods, and try to load your game.

Here is gameconfig, read readme file in archive for install instructions.

Just make manual install. If there some audio plugins which replace lspdfr audio banks, unfortunately you have to reinstall them. If not, feel free to install new version.

Attach RagePluginHook.log from main game directory.
