  1. Make sure ELS is in express mode (Backspace)
  2. Think it's either [ or]. One of them is alley/takedown lights, the other one steady burn of extras something and something (left and right dot in the ELS menu thingy).
  3. I'm pretty sure people agree, however Abraxas, the creator of police helper and the coroner (NOT corner) and tow truck mod has been going trough some tough times (don't remember what) and isn't around for a while, if he ever comes back.
  4. Good old times... But yeah, it still wasn't completely bug-free (and had some interesting effects during training...)
  5. As far as I know, there's no real cons, but one of the pros is obviously that you've got the added vehicles like the police buffalo, stinger and motorcycle.
  6. I'm a big fan of the FDNY vehicles, although there's nothing wrong with the trucks parked around the corner :)
  7. Are you talking about the flash pattern? I haven't used these cars for ages, but judging by the screens and my memory the lights do flash.
  8. Pretty sure it's the same one. Don't know what you mean with flashing headlights, the ones in the video and those of the pack both have flashing headlights.
  9. Most likely from this pack, textures are available on the Code Zero forums. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  10. Nope, that only works when you're asking a pedestrian for his/her ID.
  11. You need to press J 3 times for the entire christmas tree to switch on. It is most definitely somewhere in the .pdf file, but I'm not too bothered to search for it.
  12. I don't always pay attention to that kind of details. Probably should, thinking of it...
  13. I usually just go patrol with an M4 if I get bored. Makes it a lot more fun already :)
  14. Out of curiosity, was it a legal download? (I.E. Steam or something like that?)
  15. Yes, yes there are. They are pretty rare, but you come across them every now and then.
  16. Old-school rotating stuff. 'Nuff said.
  17. That's the ALPR script, found here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> You don't have to worry about that error, it's caused by LCPDFR but it's nothing bad.
  18. Make sure your trainer keys are turned off.
  19. I'm no expert on Dutch police, but I know a few things. You've got the normal patrol units that do the basic stuff like responding to callouts, sometimes doing traffic stops and stuff, you know the drill (they do carry weapons by the way. Then there's the traffic units, divided into highway patrol (national), normal traffic units (local-ish), motorcycle units (both), unmarked units (also both). and accident investiagation (mainly local) Also important is the aviation unit, based from Amsterdam Airport that supports the other units and does regular flights to check for anything weird. Then there's the specialised units like the marine units (very important when you've got a lot of water), riot police, and SWAT units (which surprisingly doesn't drive armored vehicles, but unmarked expensice German cars) and crime scene investigators and such. Hopefully this is usefull, as I said I'm no expert
  20. Guess I'll go for the Porsches Dutch highway patrol used to have. They might be from before I was born, but they are awesome! Really old one: Slightly newer one: And what they drive nowadays (still looks good, but it definitely isn't a sportscar)
  21. It would indeed be nice. The reason they turn their wheels is that when someone drives into the back of the cruiser, it will go in the direction the wheels are pointing to, usually away from the vehicle pulled over or whatever incident the cruiser might be at.
  22. Kill it. Kill it with fire, before it is too late.
  23. I can't really make out what you're trying to say, but the door stuff will most likely be fixed in the next version of ELS. No guarantee though, the development of ELS is about as secret as GTA V's development was.
