  3. you know what's interesting, according to the title this is for policing tools 1.0. However, the policing tools mod doesn't go past 0.9.

  6. I'm getting an error message when I try to install it. Something with a source matrix not being long enough (might sound weid, but I had to translate it from Dutch to English).

  9. Don't have anything to make a screenshot, but it's named skin.png and I put it in the vdH_PoliceHelper file (which currently just contains the background I'm trying to put in, the "how to set custom skin" notepad file, the skin template file and the state trooper thing.
  10. I put it in the policehelper folder and renamed it skin.png
  11. Don't know if it's a bug, but I can't get custom skins to work. It's still the LCPD background
