Well I personally agree with you encouraging the public to arm themselves. But can we not only encourage Black people? Can you simply encourage ALL citizens in your area to carry? Folks often forget that our right to keep and bear arms isn't just for self defense.... It was created so that the general public could have a fighting chance in 2 bad scenarios. 1.) A foreign enemy invades 2.) Our own government turns against us and no longer follows the orders of the people. But firearms are also used for self defense. Here in Texas, there's case after case of people thwarting home invaders and even some attempted rape cases due to gun owners. In L.A., Chicago, and New York however, they seem to just call the police while it happens. The police show up well after the crime occurred, which sometimes ends up being a murder. Arm yourselves. But don't just encourage concealed carry... The 2'nd amendment also protects openly carrying firearms. (But be sure to check with your State/City/County laws on how to properly do it first so you don't get people arrested. Thank you for continuing to be a part of the community.

Yeah I'm with you there. I'll be getting this digitally. As a matter of fact, ever since I swapped to PC gaming, I haven't had a hard copy of anything yet, nor do I plan to. My hope is that GTA V is optimized correctly. From the system specs so far it looks promising but we won't really know until it comes out. Hopefully modding won't be too much of a headache.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone out there is interested in making 2 skins for me. Nobody has really done either yet. The first six photos all pertain to the Montgomery County Sheriff CVPI, the ones below that are Conroe PD. Conroe PD is Dark Blue/White. Many mistake it as Black. Towards the front of the Sheriff's vehicle, the little red letters say The Woodlands (located on just above both the left and right front wheels) Some images are shown without it, but the majority in my area have The Woodlands on them. Feel free to ask me questions if need be, and thank you for your time :)

Well then I was wrong, dsound.dll is clearly there..... Hmmm........... I'd try to delete ALL LCPDFR related content (including AdvancedHook/Scripthood/dsound etc.) AND the LCPDFR folder, all after running the uninstall.exe Next, do a manual install of LCPDFR 1.0d Hotfix. Simply drag and drop all files. This should be a sure thing. Let me know how that goes. Make sure you're only installing LCPDFR, not ELS or any ENB or other Script Mods along with it. Make sure LCPDFR works for you first, then slowly install the other mods and see which one is causing the problem. I really hope this works.
