So I recently released my first two modeled vehicles, they aren't good by LCPDFR standards but they were good enough for me.

 

But after going through that experience I really began to appreciate what these modelers actually do to give us the thousands of different vehicles we have today.  It took me a few days to model the cars, and I mean it was a pain.  Between bugs and misalignment and forgetting L1s and all that stuff, I was getting annoyed and wanted to give up.  

 

I was thinking about these people that actually do this a lot and make these cars and their parts from scratch for other people, not themselves.  I could never imagine doing that, or the amount of time you have been willing to dedicate to giving others your stuff.

 

Therefore, I wanted to thank all of you out there that model, make textures, make mods, and anything else that requires time and effort for something that you don't get paid for!  Thank you to you all, without you this wouldn't be as fun as it is now (or even be here)!

 

Maybe we can get everyone to say thank you, so these people know that we do appreciate your hard work and time that you put into these mods!

I'd say it's that way for most things though I think it's hard for people to truely appreciate and understand what it takes unless you've actually done the work or atelast attempted it before.

3D Modeling is something I have a huge respect for myself, I've attempted on several occassions to learn, but I've never gotten a good grasp of it. The most complex thing i've succusfully finished is a coffe mug.
