MOD REQUEST: There were many gang mods for San Andreas that involved real gangs/sets... So I figured I'd request one for GTA V featuring the following................ Being from Houston, Texas I'd like some Houston gangs and what we in Houston call "S.L.A.B.'s". What's a S.L.A.B.? It's the way that gang members down here like to modify their vehicles, and yes I realize that currently we cannot modify vehicles/peds but I'll go ahead and post some photos anyway for the future. Gangs: 52 (Five Deuce) Hoova Gangsta Crip / 59 Tree Top Piru Blood / Rollin 60 Crip / Tango Blast Which Gangs are replaced? Families: 52 HGC Ballas: 59 TTPB Vagos: Tango Blast MB Grande: Rollin 60 Crip (I chose for them to replace an enemy gang because the 52 HGC and Rollin 60's are enemies) What the Hell does a S.L.A.B. look like? There's just so many folks commenting on this topic that I can't respond to all of them without blowing the thread up, and I'd rather not do that. I try to only respond when I feel as though it may be of some significance. In this case I'm just letting you know we hear ya

​While this is true, I never meant for it to be a callout. Just something random that's up to the player (like traffic stops).

​I like the list, with numbers 3 through 11 being my favorite. I'd personally like to see a feature where LSPDFR will send your phone a picture of a random NPC saying "Today's Most Wanted". This could work like the bounty missions. At that point, you wouldn't get any markers showing you where the guy/girl is, it would just give you something to look for while on patrol.

​Well with GTA IV we had the option in LCPDFR to "Toggle Lethal Force"... So I'd imagine that at some stage we'll be able to do this in LSPDFR. But I'm not a dev and I'm not sure how long that will take. Hope this helps :)

​While this is true, if we continue to accept this treatment, then other companies will catch on and eventually Coca Cola and Mercedes will be doing things like this. Therefore, I'll gladly start the boycotting of any product/company with these terms. Looks like I'll be sticking to companies such as SCS. Hopefully others will join. This doesn't mean getting rid of anything you've already purchased. Just the refusal to buy any more... You've got to vote with your Dollars (or Euros/Pounds).

​Well here's my stance on it.... It's like Coca Cola banning you from their products simply because you poured it from the bottle and into a glass (cup). Imagine them getting angry at you for not drinking directly from the bottle. I'm sure you'd be confused by their arrogance. Or maybe Mercedes (just an example) decides to take their car back from you because you changed the radio or put in a steering wheel cover, and then they ban you from their vehicles. All this "Buy a License" instead of "Buy a Game" nonsense needs to be boycotted by the gaming community.

​Only if the light is green. If it's red, they wait patiently behind you. However if you're in a right turn only lane and are parked, the AI will still go around you at a red because according to the AI, it's considered a green light.

​Yeah Sam went ahead and explained to me that while the AI will arrest you (the player), it's not so easy to arrest other AI because it seems they have been programmed to "Shoot to Kill" when at odds with other AI. But..... He also posted a picture involving AI arresting AI just a few pages back if you'd like to check that out. I believe the wording was "I'll just leave this here". Thank you for the video though ;) EDIT: There it is... It's on Page 4.

​"Will be uploading tomorrow"..... Uh huh..... Well we'll be waiting. I'm sure everyone here understands your distress/concern, but the devs are just trying to make this mod correctly. Sure, they could just rush out exactly what they have now... But if they did most would be disappointed. Hell they could have made this mod in secret just for them without releasing anything. But they have decided to release this (when it's ready) to all of us, including you, free of charge simply for your enjoyment and their enthusiasm. While they have a donate option, they are not guaranteed any compensation and therefore have no obligation to do any of this. The least you could do is thank these fine gentlemen for allowing us to have fun with their methods. So for the LCPDFR Community..... Thank you Sam and all who aid in the development, and thank you to the moderators for keeping this a friendly place and for answering the same questions all day :)

​While this is true, I've been arrested as Trevor several times and once as Franklin. Hell I even had three stars as Trevor. A Sheriff wielding a Shotgun has always arrested me as Trevor and an LSPD Officer also wielding a Shotgun arrested me as Franklin. Not sure if any of this is relevant or helps but if it does..... :)

So I've noticed for one reason or another many of the new folks (but not all) we've got here are not quite understanding how this site works... So in short.... Be patient, and try to be appreciative, and the devs will make you happy :) They don't charge anything for their service, so complaints are not necessarily warranted. The moderators aren't paid, so please take a moment to thank them for answering the same questions over and over (Thanks ineseri) Also... Enjoy your time here, as most people on this site are very friendly and helpful, even when we have our occasional disagreements. Happy gaming to all :)
