Here's 2 problems I had previously.... 1. I had a modded vehicle that was poorly modeled (I now use CJ24's LC-DOJ 2006 CVPI) 2. I had a saved vehicle outside of Roman's apartment... Even though it wasn't modded in any way, it was still causing problems unknown to me. I moved the vehicle to a spot that it would not be saved in, and then I saved the game. After that, no crashes... Ever.

Here's what I had to do... Delete EVERY file related to LCPDFR, don't just replace them. For one reason or another, it turns out (in my case) that it wasn't replacing some of the files, including the AdvancedHook.dll To be sure, start by running the uninstall.exe, and after that, do a manual cleanup of any LCPDFR related files including scripthooks and advancedhooks. I also got rid of all logs but I'm not sure if you have to do that. After I did all of this, no problems. Good luck, hope this works for you :)

Not sure if you're taking suggestions at the moment seeing as you have already done so much with this mod but...... Here's an idea for a Callout that could end in several different ways (presumably 4)... Officer has requested a backup unit for a traffic stop. You arrive and 1 of 4 things happens randomly. 1. All is well and AI officer gives the suspect a ticket (ending the call) 2. Suspect has a warrant and the officer requests their arrest (call ends after arrest/transport/death of suspect) 3. Suspect opens fire (call ends after arrest/transport/death of suspect) 4. Suspect flees in vehicle (or on foot) (call ends after arrest/transport/death of suspect) Just some suggestions for a new call. Thank you Lt Flash for your amazing effort!

Until I tweaked my LCPDFR settings... 5 minutes. Since the tweak (with help from Lt Flash)..... Hours and hours and hours. No crashes since.

So every few seconds LCPDFR has an error since 1.0d and now pulling people over doesn't work. (Hit LShift yet nothing happens). I tried to go back to 1.0c, but for one reason or another, just after telling me that 1.0d is available, it crashes. So I guess I'm stuck with 1.0d........

I just want to be able to turn on the lights without the siren......

Well, there sort of is. Just like in the original LCPDFR, there's an animation for a suspect putting his hands in the air and getting on his knees. I saw this as a random event in Blaine County, a cop was arresting someone and I had the option of letting it happen or freeing the man. The Officer said he was under arrest, and the man complied. Then Officer then called for backup which arrived, but when they got there they all just stood around. So we may have to arrest people like we used to in the first version of LCPDFR.

Common sense told us that PC would get a version of Red Dead Redemption.................. Nope. At least ineseri wasn't lying to us. He never denied a version coming to us, he simply said don't assume and get everyone's hopes up. I gotta have some respect for the man because when I want an honest opinion, I can get it from ineseri. Good day :)

Would I have to put that in the commandline.txt or is there somewhere that I can find that option? (Manual Install) I've been using LCPDFR for quite some time now but didn't know I could disable the random chatter.

I was hesitant because others have posted things such as this before. Upon viewing their content I found that I didn't enjoy it very much. But yours was phenomenal!!! Therefore, I really hope to see much more from you and I'm glad I hopped on LCPDFR today.

I have to admit, I was hesitant.... But after seeing your stuff (commentary mostly) you've earned another subscription. Do you do any other games?

Here's another odd one for you.... Many different movies/T.V. shows have scenes in which young children are murdered in many violent ways. But video game companies have to fear even putting children characters in games at all. When will it end? Is Halo offensive to Aliens? Banned! HA HA HA!!!!! I say if you want something in your game put it in there. When you have the guts to just put it in there without fear of what others will complain about, you'll typically have good sales because your game becomes a talking point. That's what made GTA successful in the first place. That's what also made Doom successful. I still remember the local news demonizing GTA 3, saying it was too violent and realistic. What happened? Sales, sales and more sales. If you become worried about pissing someone off, you'll end up pissing everyone off by toning the violence down so much that it becomes an "E" rated game. (US Rating) If you make an exception for one group, you must make it for the rest that follow.

Serious question here.... Do you have a mental disability? Because if you honestly do then I personally will no longer respond to you due to the fact that I have a conscience and don't want to upset you. If you don't, then I must say you're clearly misguided. If it's a case of simply being misguided, then it seems as though Vic has done what he can to help you out. I'd only like to reiterate..... Please don't hop on a website and threaten them (even if it wasn't meant as a threat, those were some harsh allegations) without any actual proof of anything. But if you truly have negative feelings toward the devs/moderators here, they do have private inboxes in which you could contact them with your complaints. You're correct about the Fire Extinguisher. The Firefighter NPC's do use them and they do function. However, it is not currently a tangible weapon, so it will need to be modded as one. Side note: I see a lot of support for a "Custodian/Janitor" mod ha ha. I say let's make it happen. But beyond that, I'd personally like to see that F.I.B. building be continuously accessible. (The one from the Firefighter/Janitor/Heist mission) I'd also like a mod in which getting arrested actually meant just that. Maybe you only spend 5 minutes (real time) in the local Jail, unless the crime was heavy, then maybe you'd spend 10 minutes in the County Prison. I know 5 and 10 minutes doesn't sound like a lot but when you're stuck in one location in game for that amount of time, it really does feel like forever.... Tried it myself. So many fantastic ideas here, thank you to all who contributed and happy gaming!

Seeing that vehicle has brought me to this conclusion..... Someone needs to bring North Yankton into the game.

LSPDFR of course... But some other ones too. Fire/EMS now that there's actually quite a few Fire Departments and Hospitals. (I love that there's even big and little hospitals with proper marked Ambulance drop off sites) Tow Truck Lineman or other construction type jobs. (Not sure how to implement this one) There's a number of construction sites. As for being a lineman or someone who works with power lines etc., the utility trucks and vans are already in the game. One of them even has ELS type lights on it to warn traffic of a blocked lane! Detective (first 48 style) in which you'd respond to death scenes. Do a little detective work (doesn't have to be elaborate, just question a few witnesses etc.) and then much like in Trevor's side missions, you'd get a picture of the suspect you're looking for and the area he frequents. No marker to say it's the guy, just drive around and look for him. (Possible because certain pedestrians spawn in certain parts of the map, more than ever, it's even divided by districts. Gang Mod in which you could choose your gang, tag up turf, and gain and lose territory much like in San Andreas (but you couldn't really lose turf there ). Also have a system in which you could have fellow members follow you and pull drive bye's like the old days ha ha. Taxi Driver Pretty much any other simulation type mod you could think of. I like turning GTA into a simulation of many things

Well that really depends... I used to have tons of mods, but it always leads to crashes eventually. Now, I just have LCPDFR 1.0c, Wasteland callouts mod, and Simple Native Trainer. The other mods such as ELS, Car Mods, Sirens, ENB's (graphics) are nice, but you WILL crash your game. But if you have any ideas on what you're looking for (Cars etc.) I'll be happy to throw you in the right direction.

Oh I agree, even on PS4 and Xbox One I think it looks amazing! Personally, I'll pass on any ENB made for GTA V. I think the standard version looks just fine. Also looks like we won't really need ELS, or a tazer either. I won't need sirens because they already changed the sirens for different emergency vehicles. All I really need is LSPDFR
