  1. I found that out too, but when I did the tally, I made sure to do it in a fashion that was "Vanilla" friendly. Again, personally, all I want is to be able to configure this chance, if that's even possible.
  2. Hello, I have a suggestion/request for either the upcoming release of LSPDFR 0.3, or maybe the next update. I would like to request a configuration file regarding the % of pursuits when conducting a traffic stop. Meaning, I'd like to be able to turn them either up or down. Why? Because for one reason or another, I have pursuits almost non stop. I went ahead and did a "tally" of 25 vehicles pulled over. I started in Richman, went through Downtown, and ended up in Strawberry. Of the 25 vehicles I pulled over, 23 of them started a pursuit at some point during the traffic stop. The only two that didn't were in Strawberry (the Ghetto) which honestly surprised me. Either way, thank you for your time, and have a wonderful day.
  3. You know you're in for a really bad day when an Ice Cream truck full of cops is here to pick you up LOL EDIT: Or a really good day..... Hmm....... Well Sam was nice enough to give us Coffee
  4. As long as you're just talking about the "Textures", what I do is I pick one that I like (let's say it's called Police7). Then, while in Editor Mode in OpenIV, I click "Export" on the texture that I like. I place it in a folder where I won't lose it. Then, I start with Police1, and replace ALL of them (textures) with the skin that I like (in this case it's Police7). That way, the only skin that the AI can spawn with is the one that I chose for them. Hope this helps
  5. Well what I ended up doing is I replaced all of the Sheriffs with Highway patrol. It's nice to see them running traffic on the sides of the roads. So when I need highway patrol out in the Country Side, I call for "Local" units. When I feel like I want/need a bike to assist me, I call for "State" units. Only thing that bothers me is that their uniforms are still "Sheriff" uniforms. But I'm sure you can replace these too, though I haven't taken the time to give it a shot yet.
  6. Thanks for the info guys! Hopefully we'll be seeing some more
  7. Well as always, back up your game files... But besides that, I suppose you'll just have to play around with it. See what GTA 5 can really take. Good luck buddy
  8. I sent you a private message about how to do it in LCPDFR. Check your inbox
  9. Oops, had a "Brain Fart" for a second there. Completely misread LCPDFR for LSPDFR. My mistake
  10. Here's what I do... When I am trying to replace "Sheriff" with a crown vic, I open the modded vehicle file, in which it now has three files (Police.yft Police.ytd Police_Hi.yft). I then right click on the files and rename them "Sheriff.yft Sheriff.ytd Sheriff_Hi.yft". Then, I replace those files in Open IV. Never had a need to replace the handling files personally. I hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance. EDIT: Some of the vehicles need to be replaced in several places. For example, "Sheriff" files need to be replaced in x64e AND Patchday3ng or you'll still see the default one. Police does not, and I don't remember if Police2 does, but I'll check if you need me to.
  11. This is the wrong section to post this in, however I'll go ahead and help you. If LSPDFR is already loaded "It should be", then jump in the air and press F9 If that doesn't work, then hit F4 and type LoadPlugin (hit TAB) then type LSPDFR, then hit ENTER. Then while jumping press F9
So now that I've used it, I'll review it. Great sound quality and volume!!! Only wish it would chime immediately after the door opens, rather than having to leave it open. But that's GTA for you. 5/5, great mod, great quality, great volume.
  12. So... After about 5 hours and every effort exhausted, all it kept doing was muting my vehicle sounds (my old age probably has something to do with it). But as luck would have it, I actually like the siren that it came with LOL. So that having been said thanks for the Ajar mod and the siren mod
  13. How would I go about only replacing Door_Open? Sorry for the inconvenience.
LOVE IT!!! Very nice texture, great work. One suggestion though, the top of the trunk in the real world models is also white, not just the roof and hood.
  14. No problem, I understand... Any chance of the 1999 Vic though? There's now a model just released with a Whelen lightbar
  15. This looks GREAT!!! Question... Will you be doing "Lore Friendly" versions of these skins? (HPD, HCSO, TST to LSPD, BCSO, SAST) Also perhaps for the 1999 Crown Vic? From one Texan to another, great job!
A CVPI *Sniffles................. I'm so happy
Tiny bugs, working model. Still 5/5 for me! Now maybe others will stop this whole "I MAID THA MODLZ MAN, NEEDZ MA CREDITZ, WONT RELEES!!!"
  16. http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8216-v002-easyrepair/ I use this mod right here. Page Up Repairs the vehicle, Page Down Cleans the vehicle. Otherwise, you can hit F4 to open the console while in game, and type the word Repair and then hit Enter but this will pause your game every time so I suggest the mod I linked to
  17. Ha ha yeah.... Well I was on patrol and got a call I wanted to respond to before I did so I never got to. But, I've since pressed E and I smiled
