  1. Well I'm glad to know you've already worked hard and resolved my above mentioned issue. I'm not sure how many of them you've resolved, maybe all. But in case you haven't resolved the second one I ran into, I'll gladly post my logs if necessary. I had the same error message, but this was with a different callout. It was the "Broken Down Vehicle on the Highway" call. Again, if you have already fixed this, or at least are aware of it, no big deal. But if you need my logs feel free to ask. Thanks LukeD. PS..... I haven't gotten the "Murder" callout yet, was this removed? Or is it just a rare type of call?
  2. I can't believe some people are so rude to you when they didn't even pay you a dime for the mod.... Anyway, I have a little glitch that occurred during the "Officer Down" callout. Attached below is my LCPDFR log. Note, I uninstalled The Wasteland 0.7.0, so all of the stuff up top is from that plugin. I just recently (yesterday) re-installed Callouts+, so the logs for this will be found at the bottom. When I arrived and pressed "E", my character went into the "Revive" animation correctly and the Officer gave me a description. The problem is, I got about 30 "LCPDFR" Error Messages ha ha, I had to mute my PC for a second there. I'm not sure what caused this, but I'm hopeful you'll know what it could be. Thanks LukeD for an AMAZING CALLOUT MOD!!!!!!!!!!
  3. I handed you a copy, my hill.
  4. I noticed with the first version, there were these long black..... Glitched out parts that stuck way up in the air.... Was that fixed in this version? Fantastic vehicle though and I agree it should be featured.
  5. Then the best thing you can do is to become a Fighter Pilot, and be the very best one there is. Hold yourself to the highest standard. Live your life however you want to because at the end of the day, it's YOURS. I'm not joking when I say this, if someone told me they wanted to be a homeless crack addict, I'd attempt to convince them otherwise, but at the end of the day it's really their decision and I wouldn't hound them about it. Just go on about my successful life and allow them to do whatever they wish with theirs, as long as they're not directly harming innocent people in the process. So do your thing!!!!!!
  6. Well the official way to start LCPDFR is Alt P. That's left Alt, not right. The screen will be fuzzy for a second, just press P again. However, if you're trying this and it's not doing anything, it's most likely because which ever ASI loader you chose doesn't work for you, or you have it in the wrong spot. If this is the case, let's say you chose dsound.dll (like me, and most others) it will originally be in a folder titled "Install ASI Loaders". You need to take dsound.dll out of that folder, and place it in your directory. (The main screen you see when you first open the GTA IV folder). Also, are you using ELS? If you are, remember that you need to install ALL folders and files from ELS v8, even if you already have that file/folder. The reason is, it's an updated version of that particular file/folder. It will ask you to replace, select "Replace all".
  7. Hmm... Try these settings in the "LCPDFR" config file. I'm trying to figure out exactly what I did. I used to get a crash every 10-30 minutes also, but after some tweaks, I never ever ever ever crash ha ha. Oh, and since I use the Wasteland callouts mod, I only stay in Bohan. Maybe that has something to do with it. I can also give you a list of my other mods including the ENB I use, no crash. 8. I'm really trying to help..... But this thread is turning my hair grey ha ha. Weelo, I'm gonna need you to please answer my questions, and please do literally everything ineseri has told you to do. Until you do this, there's really no way for us to help you or to be able to understand your specific problem. If you don't know how to post a log, please mention this.
  9. I'm glad you have found the answer! Now would you mind hitting "Mark Solved" on someone's comment so that the LCPDFR guys don't have to come and manually close this topic themselves? Thank you and happy gaming!!!
  10. Well where exactly is your dsound.dll file located? It should not just be in your "Install ASI Loaders" folder, it should be visable in your directory. Also, please post your LCPDFR log at least, that way, we can try to see if we can find the problem and ineseri doesn't have to get grey hair over people not posting correctly ha ha ha. Don't take his comment as being harsh, he deals with this stuff all day every day.
  11. Well I can see you have at least 1 plugin "Callouts+". Try getting rid of that for a while and see if the problem persists. If it continues, it's most likely one of the vehicle mods you're using. Try sticking to 1 vehicle, AI ELS turned "off" and make sure not to use any vehicle you're using now as it's most likely the problem. Try something from CJ24. I've never had one of his vehicles cause a crash for me. Hope this helps... Let me know if it doesn't.
  12. Do you have any car mods installed? EDIT: Also, try uninstalling WoutersCallouts and see if it still happens. I now use Wasteland 0.7.0 without any problems. But if you do have car mods installed, it could be a bad car model.
  13. Por favor, abra sua pasta GTA IV. Então, em uma resposta a mim, selecione "Attach Files". Em seguida, escolha esses arquivos. LCPDFR log, AdvancedHook log, AdvancedHookInit log, ScriptHook log, ScriptHookDotNet log. I also used Google Translate :)
  14. Well do me a favor, and uninstall WoutersCallouts. That also used to make my game crash. Just try completely vanilla for a while. If that works, I currently use Wasteland 0.7.0 and it works magically. Also since you've tried with and without ELS tells me you have some sort of modified vehicle...... I would suggest grabbing the 2010 NYPD CVPI from CJ24 as it has never caused a crash for me or his LCPD Pack. Some vehicles will crash your game. Stick to just 1 car model, and when you start getting crashes like that, it's most likely a bad model.
  15. While I, along with everyone else who uses this mod understand that being new to it can be extremely frustrating, there's no need to yell at the LCPDFR guys. Any who.... What he's saying is, you need to provide more information. Such as... Did you use the Automatic or Manual Install What error code are you getting when it says "GTA IV has stopped working" Do you have any other mods currently installed (car mods/enb/script mods etc) What all have you tried to fix it so far But what's very important is that you post the LCPDFR log, AdvancedHook log, AdvancedHookInit log, ScriptHook log, and ScriptHookDotNet log. If you are unsure how to do this, please hit the "Quote" button on the bottom right of my comment so that I can be notified of the continuing problem. I hope you are able to get this all figured out soon. Happy Gaming!
  16. I'd personally suggest adding about 2GB of RAM. But for comparison, here's my specs. I got them all on pcpartpicker.com so you can go there, find what I used, and compare prices. If you're not comfortable upgrading the parts yourself, do a Google search to see which computer stores in your local area will upgrade it for you and how much they charge. Some Best Buy's will send the Geek Squad out to your home to do it for you. (Even I still feel uncomfortable messing with the interior of my PC) GPU (graphics/video card) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (bought through Asus) CPU (processor) AMD FX 4130 4 (quad) core. I run every game perfectly with it, maxed out about 55 fps. But I'm upgrading to AMD FX 8350 for future gaming. RAM (memory) Kingston Blu series 8GB (2x4) Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R.20 Power Supply: Corsaire 600 watt Operating System: Windows 8.1 64 bit. Case (just for the Hell of it) Coolermaster HAF 912
  17. Hey bud, I want to make this abundantly clear... I'm not trying to rush anything here, just checking up on the model as it's honestly my favorite to date. I don't know what you did, but the lights are the perfect level of brightness with or without an ENB. Either way, any info on when you'll be releasing an updated model?
  18. While this sounds cool, ineseri is right. There is only so much you can do with GTA IV. Let's hope GTA V is moddable, and let's see if someone has the time to create a "First 48" type mod.
  19. Well with all this "GTA Online" bullshit, the game will most likely be almost impossible to mod anyway. I can honestly say if I cannot mod the singleplayer, it's not a purchase of mine. LCPDFR was the only reason I bought GTA IV for the PC. I think Rockstar needs to realize that a lot of people only buy a game on the PC because of a mod they saw and liked. Notice I didn't say "most", I said a lot. Mods do bring in unexpected customers that would have never purchased the game otherwise.
  20. Well I promise that it's not my intention to annoy you in any way. If it seems that way then I apologize. The reason I call it LSPDFR is because I don't know what else to call it as it's not even in development at the moment. Only the LCPDFR guys really know what they will call it, and you're right it probably will not be LSPDFR but at the moment that term is recognizable by the community.
  21. What I like is that programming the suspect AI for pursuits will be a breeze. All you have to do is set them to panic mode, and they actually attempt to evade in a very realistic manner, and do not pull over for police sirens. I tested this and had some fun actually. Just pull up behind them, fire a shot at them, and chase them. They will even lead you on a foot pursuit if their vehicle becomes too damaged or stuck. It's like rockstar knew we'd try or something. They even fixed the problem where the AI would crash into you if you were at a red light, now the AI recognizes that, and will stay calmly behind you. I imagine that if LSPDFR does come out, it will no longer be a crash fest because there's really not a whole lot that needs to be changed or added. ELS is built into the game, I won't be needing an ENB personally because I think it already looks amazing. Tasers are in the game etc. But if you were able to choose a gang, which one would it be? I'd go with either the Ballas or the Marabunta Grande (they're the underdogs).
