Your siren box needs to be in light-stage 3 to work. You can press toggle_lstg (default: J) to cycle through the lighting stages.

There's your problem right there. PH was built against 0,95RC2 - it's outdated, unsupported and unstable on newer versions of LCPDFR. Edit: I'm not saying it's your only problem, you could have others that I can't tell by the post alone; it's just the immediate one that I saw.

Started changing ELS patterns? Would your car happen to be very damaged? ELS will randomly cause lights to not show when a car is damaged, to give the appearance that it is malfunctioning.

I'm afraid I can't; I don't own EFLC. However, it uses the same stock set of files in this regard, there's no reason it shouldn't work unless youre A.) not saving it, B.) trying to change it mid-game or C.) changing the wrong one.

Hello, Go to your ELS.ini and crank up Els_Range_Pl. If that does not work, crank up Els_Range_Ai. Know that increasing those values can exponentially increase the risk of GTA IV crashing.

Are you saying it looks like this? If that's the issue, crank up your .../common/data/visualsettings.dat car.defaultlight.emissive.on value.

That's how GTA4's default bloom is, unfortunately.

You need to edit the file which was originally the emerlights file - the first one you linked. The other lights have clear lenses, so there's not much need to edit them. And for the record: It's extremely rude to move a support discussion from public channels to private messaging.

Click it, hit SAVE, right-click, save image as...

You need to find out what the naming convention is to the car, and add one. If a model has the last livery be police_sign_4, add it as police_sign_5. If a model has the last livery be buf_sign_2, add it as buf_sign_3. If a model has it mtl_sign_42, add it as mtl_sign_43.

The model? Up to you. I'd be wary about the livery though: - It is small, so will be difficult to identify the vehicle as a police cruiser from a distance. - It could stand to be centred. - The grey on the rear quarter-panel could stand to be enlarged and have the contrast increased a good bit. Those are the nitpicks I can see from there. Here's the question before you release though: Have you checked every nook and cranny of the model for errors?

Well, you haven't given us a processor frequency, so the best thing found through a Google indicates that it's rated at up to 3.1 MHz. I'm running a 3.6MHz one and getting many disregards, and last I Checked disregards were because the game could not spawn the required objects.
