GTA IV EFLC ELS never bright

Hello there i need help, I was trying to make my ELS lights bright on EFLC but for some reason it never works and there never bright am wondering if theres a mod to fix this, also are other people having this problem with EFLC because i seen youtube videos with the same problem as well thanks and plz help.

Are you saying it looks like this?

If that's the issue, crank up your .../common/data/visualsettings.dat car.defaultlight.emissive.on value.

There's no kill like overkill... Here the value has been set to 13,850 - causing bright white lights, such as this taxi's sign, to dim the screen.

I tried messing around with the visualsettings and it didnt work I also tried the visual setting on TBOGT and TLAD visualsettings and nothing... also thats GTA IV can u see if it works for EFLC as well :/

I'm afraid I can't; I don't own EFLC.

However, it uses the same stock set of files in this regard, there's no reason it shouldn't work unless youre A.) not saving it, B.) trying to change it mid-game or C.) changing the wrong one.
