Just bringing up a chat as well as curiosity , If you were to be in law enforcement what unit would you wanna be?

 

-Traffic unit

-K-9 Patrol

-Patrol

-Tactical Team

-School resource officer

-Dispatch

-Under cover

And so on so forth.

I would like to be traffic. I don't know why, really, just appeals to me more than anything else since I like driving.

K9, because dogs are AWESOME.

Patrol.

Wouldn't be a cop, really. Too many people hate you, want to shoot you, etc. Fire Service is the way to go.

^This. I mean, it must be awesome to patrol and intervene with a doge. And it creates a great bond with the pet, like two partners.

CHP  Dignitary Protection Unit, or CHP K-9

Ignoring pay, quality of life, and other career related decisions and solely going on "fun" factor and personal enjoyment, traffic unit all the way. In a car though, not a motorcycle.

Same as willpv, but i'd rather be on a motorcycle. I'm shooting for the CHP motor division. (It's also the best and fastest way to get away from those shitbox Ford Explorers)

I would want to be a Traffic myself and if I had a choice I would drive ford explorer

Hey, just because you want to be a S.W.A.T does not mean you are a "COD KID" it  is a job in where you help the community by keeping it safe and free of drugs and criminals, In most places in order to be a S.W.A.T or CSI you have to be a Cop first for like 6 months to a year and above.

Indiana State Police Motor Carrier Division/Patrol. (Follow what my dad does, except go to Regular State Police training, become a state officer and then join the Motor Carriers.)
