You're using an ELS pattern which has more than one light lit at a time for the primary lights. Vehicles sporting a FS Valor are usually mapped in a goofy fashion like that - the lightbar is supposed to emulate the modules changing colours, so they map it to where extra1 maps half the lightbar red, extra2 maps the other half red, extra3 maps the original half blue, and extra4 maps the other half blue. Blue is over red, so all you see is blue. I'd recommend switching to pattern 31 or 89 under "Primary Lights" for vehicles using a Valor. Make sure the lighting type is "LEDS".

I'm looking for a replacement for the GTA5-styled WMC Sovereign, and I wasn't too impressed with the Harley-Davidson Roadking's ELS mapping. What do you guys recommend? I'd prefer a cruiser bike (like the Sovereign) over a chopper or a crotch rocket, if that helps any.

Abstain. Politics are a very sensitive issue, and many people defend their political beliefs as much as they defend their religions. It's a room full of fuel ready to go off, but if people remain level-headed, sensible, logical and intelligent debates can be carried on without debate.

Unless you have the unlocked file, the know-how to do so and the tools to do so, not without speaking with the mod-author.

I know Overwolf has a video recording software built in, but (double-edged sword here:) it compresses it. 1 hour recording Borderlands @720P, max quality == ~6 gigs, so that's about 1 gig every 10 minutes. One quirk about it is it desynchronizes audio and video (audio plays before the relevant video frame plays) so you'll have to fix that in post. (Actual recording time == 01:05:38)

Crank up your car.defaultlight.emissive.on value (don't go overboard!)

Turn the vehicles off in the _SLOTCONTROL.INI file that aren't ELS.

Turn down your car.defaultlight.emissive.on value.

Yeah that'll do it - misfortunes == number of innocent bystanders killed.

I usually call one in every pursuit, so it's not a "I'm playing right now and they're not live yet" issue, it's a backend issue. But again - thread for another subforum at another time.

I think the heli calls counter is having issues on my end; I've called in AT LEAST twenty since stats went live, but that's another forum thread for another time.

Joke answer: Real answer: Check the ELS config, I'm not sure if disabling wail/yelp/piercer/two-tone will disable sirens for AI, but it's worth a shot. You can also set your wail tone to a null file and vehicles won't use it by default.

Do you plan to have it where it appears to change colours, or just the standard 1-2-3-4 left-to-right that most other lightbars use? please don't say where it appears to change colours

6 is such a strange number of items to put on a "top (number)" list... I wonder why they did that...?

It's possible to change lightbar colour; you need to find the emissives file and copy the blues over the reds, or hue-shift them.
