Then you sir, are a liar 🙂

Its the premise of them NOT actively trying either.

Again, here we are.  People ask for a civil conversation, want to ask questions.  That's fine, I'm happy to answer questions.

I'm not happy to be called a liar after doing so.

An excellent point. So I suppose as devs, we shouldn't release guys. Just keep everything private and behind a paywall. No more public releases. Glad we've all agreed.

I mean that's exactly what you're asking us to do. You aren't asking for us to maintain your downloads in a public way -- because that would be impossible with the conditions you have asked for.

Hey Cyan,

That's okay, see my comment below:

To paraphrase Donald Trump, let's build that (pay)wall!

Make our mods private again!

But thats exactly what MU is doing though? So it mustn't be that hard.

Is it actually difficult for you to understand that there is basically nothing that can be done to stop people who want to cause harm from causing harm?

The issue is there isnt even an EFFORT done towards it. NONE... at all. Especially when proof and NAMES are given to staff here.

So because we can not fully prevent someone from committing a crime we just shouldn't have police or laws? Not everyone is a superman willing to jump through hoops constantly setup new accounts and change VPNs IPs. You setup some baseline stuff to prevent the casuals and fight the hardcore as best you can instead of rolling over and showing a yellow belly.

Someone who is stealing and unlocking your mods definitely is happy to jump through those hoops...

Hey guys sorry to interrupt!

I fully understand how bad it is to get your mods stolen, ripped, leaked, whatever it may be, and from the perspective of a modder I understand all the outrage with the ripping that has been going on in both FR and the modding community in general.

However, what actually do you think the FR staff can do about this? Honestly, tell me what you think they can do to stop all ripping in the FR community. There is no answer, and the answer certainly isn't moving all your mods to a different website... That's just... fucking stupid. You still mod for the LSPDFR mod, and every one of you started with FR so let's not forget that, and maybe try to work together with the staff to try and stop it? Idfk that's just what im thinking as a concerned third party!

If you dont wish to be called a liar sir; do not lie blatantly to a group of people who were supportive of your decision to BAN the user named.

I dont have an issue that you BANNED Fenix :') I have an issue you're trying to deny it HERE because it would derail your argument.

But its fine, your morals as a staff team show.

Also - I was not rude? I stated a fact; you are indeed a liar if you want to claim a ban that exists DOESNT simply to avoid the conflict you will have to acknowledge where your shortcoming now is.

An Unanimous Declaration by Content Creators,

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for people to dissolve the forum that connects them together, the basic human rights entitle them, a decent respect to their opinions requires that they should declare the causes which cause them to separate.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all should be treated equal, that creators have certain privileges and rights, among these are the control of their work, and the ability to see punitive actions for violations thereof.

To secure these rights, administrators have been instituted upon forums, deriving their power from the will of its members. Whenever this this administration becomes destructive of these ends, it is the absolute right for members to seek changes, or stop using their service.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these content creators; and such is now a necessity which causes us to alter our medium for distributing modifications and other content. The history of the present administration is one of repeated violations, and establish a culture of theft and a lack of integrity. To prove this, we submit the following facts:

  • You committed hypocrisy by protecting your own files, but refuse to for the common content creator.
  • You support the theft of hard work and dedication by content creators, along with their personal monies that were used to purchase models.
  • You refuse to action on those who infringe upon others rights, and give them aid and comfort by not banning them.
  • You censor our demands and requests for improved moderation.
  • You hire inept staff that do not care about the community.
  • You allow for anyone to download modifications, no matter their intentions for doing so, no matter how clearly wrong.
  • You refuse to hold meaningful discussion to bring upon an ends to these controversies.
  • You refuse to be transparent and non partial in punishments for violations of community guidelines.

We have not been quiet about these issues, in fact, we’ve been quite vocal of these in the past weeks. We have appealed to the corrections of our issues, but they’ve been met by deaf ears.

Therefore, we, unified Content Creators, assembled, do hereby declare that we shall not support the community, to which we’ve provided over 80% of download traffic to, and that we shall be free from your laissez faire administration that allows the violation of our rights.

MAKE MODS GREAT AGAIN!

That user wasn't banned. I'm unsure what part of that you are failing to understand?

Do you even know what you're talking about?  We investigate every report that is submitted towards us and take action when our rules are broken.

We already explained that Discord and FiveM are outside of our control.

Here I thought I'd get a well thought out argument or response but no... Just some irrelevant point about an award I got like a year ago or something. Good point though thanks!

The part where you guys are trying to lie and say he wasn't banned; when he definitely was! 🙂

But its fine; I dont really care about LSPDFR anymore. MU is actually going to have a moral compass guiding the administration [therefore] you guys can just keep lying to everyone and watch you developer base dwindle into the MU Community 🤷‍♀️ I dont care. Play ignorant all you want.
