  • SWAT dispatch can only use FBI2 or SHERIFF2 models. Other things that seem to be hardcoded when it comes to dispatch: all Police types spawn with only two peds EXCEPT for the FBI model, only the FIRET

So i am currently running   v678. of gta V, i have installed lspdfr, scripthookV, ScripthookVdotnet and ragehook 0,37. all works fine. however when i install the rde mod with models i get a crash on load, looking very similar to the one you get ingame if you have the disable countermesures against multiplayer vehicles spawning in singelplayer ticked. i've ran the game with the countermesures on and off, and i get the same error. Is it something wrong with ragehook 37? i installed it using openIV package installer.

i had it, but had it in the game directory and not the mod folder, got it working now tho, however there was a floating noose guy, and a crash when i reached sandy shores on the highway, but i assume that is completely random

nope, continually crashes when pasing sandy shores on the highway. i might mention i also have the bcso addon installed

I wonder if it's possible to integrate LSPDFR more with RDE (Like,if it's installed, list the cars added by it in the Vehicle Selection Menu).

 

Also, it took me 2 days to find the note about the LowRider DLC thingy. Could you, at any chance, put this up a bit higher (Or at least make it bigger?)

Couple of questions :) 

1. How do I use the Low End Settings gameconfig (I would like my traffic variety back) when I currently need to use that LowRidersDLC gameconfig to prevent a crash when loading into the game? Would it be possible to release an updated Low Settings config? :) 

2. Are you going to add any land vehicles for the US Coast Guard in the game, even just a 4x4 with the livery on? Or perhaps a FireDept Granger. Since this mod is cohesively covering most of LS's emergency departments I think these extra vehicles would be fitting.

It appears to be fixed in the beta version we are using.

I'll see if Dila can make such a gameconfig. We do not plan to add any of the vehicles mentioned, but we will add an USCG Swift helicopter.

No, the version I am talking about has not yet been released anywhere.

Hi I have a problem with installing custom cars into rde. I have followed all steps and put my custom cars in to the rde dlc Rpf as well as any files that go with them. How not all of my custom cars show up in game. And you do not see them responding to dispatch or driving around. Also the ones that do show up have missing textures and interiors. Could some one tell me what I did wrong.

I have a bit of a request...

 

I hate the real added cars. They're great mods, and props to the creators, but it just doesn't fit in the GTA world. Will there ever be a version released that is just GTA-based vehicles (ie Thundersmacker's Patriot up-armored and turreted to replace the Humvee, the Hunter featured in an in-game movie to replace the Apache, etc.)?

 

Also any plans to add both the BCSO and the LSSD together? (especially with v3.0 possibly having areas where cars will spawn)

 

And a suggestion, set the hwaycar engine/siren sound in to FBI for the sedans and FBI2 for the SUV's. IMHO it sounds closer to what CHP uses IRL (and what SAHP would probably use).

There's an RDE addon that adds LSSD vehicles. You can change the siren sounds very easily by renaming the <audionamehash> value to FBI and FBI2 in vehicles.meta.

I know about the sirens and can change them, I'm just saying that it might be better to have it by default.

And the RDE addon adds BCSO vehicles, but replaces the LSSD. I'm talking about having the LSSD spawn alongside the BCSO (BCSO in Blaine County, LSSD in LS County using Custom Backup)

In 3.0 beta, BCSO still replaces the LSSD (because of parking near sheriff stations and The Paleto Score). But we have 5starresponse script that succesfully defines where any units should spawn.

Also, I'm working on CustomBackup config that 100% supports current beta and adds new Backup Types like FIB, FIB SWAT, State SWAT.

Forgive me for being a bit confused, but are you saying that the BCSO spawns instead of the LSSD or in addition to? I'm talking about having both in the game, IE having the BCSO's vehicles be sheriff4-6
