When do the textures disappear. Is it while doing things like driving or moving around, or do they randomly disappear at all times even when standing still. If they disappear while moving try turning up distance scaling. My textures where disappearing while driving and moving and that fixed it for me.

Rde and lspdfr make the game need more memory and processing power. 

That worked. It told me that I had two errors albo's arrest manger  was out of date and stealth 22 mod was out of date. So I updated both and now it works.
