Or... We could make this easy and just have them yield when we turn our lights on period. Like it is in real life

That's not the case where I live. It's just an idea anyway.

Customization is key to my gaming experience. I take pictures, do textures and lore-friendly vehicles.

You could set those as the traffic advisor if the traffic advisors for ELS do not stop traffic. Which i would assume.

Came here for my annual check up on whether ELS has been released. Nope.. back to hibernation.

Did you actually make this picture? I notice the monitor is specifically showing the LCPDFR forums and am wondering if you somehow managed to edit it so it showed that or actually have a skeleton handy to take the picture. Whichever is true, I am impressed.

In Estonia, however I can't imagine we're the only country to apply this. Red emergency lights are for traffic stops only, EMS and rescue vehicles don't even have them. It's quite convenient, most drivers try and make way for the emergency vehicle without slowing down very much or coming to a stop. The drivers in this game often stop at extremely inconvenient places however, such as in the middle of intersections. So having a light pattern that wouldn't make drivers stop might be beneficial. But maybe it's more hassle than it's worth. I wouldn't know.

Yep, same in the UK

How is it the same in the UK? The only red lights in british police car is the  traffic advisors at the back.

Yoi could link it to the traffic advisors.

Alright, thanks, I'll keep that in mind for future reference. Or is that possible with any currently available lightbars as well?

I don't think there are any. Though it could be easily made.

Ahh, like the on BxBugs LASD CVPI, those two lights at night? So when driving around its visible but it's not pulling people over. Yeah, that would be a good thing to have.

It's called Cruise Mode and yes, ELS has it.

( MAKE SURE YOU WATCH IT IN 1080p ! )

Update 3 :

This video demonstrates one of the newest addition to ELS : Hide-A-Way Strobes system.

More information to come in the future. Do not ask for release date, or if you can beta test ELS. Thank you.

IMPORTANT!

Please be advised that the ELS depicted in the video is far from the finished product and people should not expect final quality of the program and treat it only as a minor sneak peak + a chance to help us make the ELS better by providing feedback. The video is not meant to be a teaser, or to evoke high hopes from the members on the forum, and the audience, but rather to help you understand where the program currently stands right now, and how far we have left to go in order to deem it as a finished product.

The testers have opened access to the alpha version of the program for testing purposes only and want supporters to be able to see what they are supporting. Playing the alpha might be frustrating and tedious due to the bugs and work-in-progress content. There will be BUGS ! This is important because we do not want viewers to think they are seeing the final product when we are still just in alpha development.

Not asking for a release date, but it is far from finished because there are more features that the creators want to add or just because they are working out the bugs/stabilizing the current features they have?

I seen an video years ago from DocterGTA, It's fake alright. I just read about this topic and the truth to say that who needs ELS with the current game has now. Allot of us had game crashes from ELS on GTAIV (not saying it will do the same on GTAV).

What we need is more options for our lights and horns, and light patterns
