Couldn't agree more. If it never ends up being released, then I might try to work on one of my own if I could learn to code.

I would also not be adverse to testing, if that's something you ever happen to do.

Look up Doctor GTA on youtube, he has a few videos showing off his ELS capable cars, he also said it would be released "soon" and that we should keep our eyes out for it.

Caine is still working on ELS with steady strides. He is just pretty busy in real life and there is a lot of coding to do on his part. But the project is not dead, he is not ready to showcase it yet. There are tools that he needs that are not available in his capacity yet. However, one thing I can say is that the ELS for GTA V will be incredible in contrast to GTA IV ELS.

Hes right, Lt.Caine made the one for IV and I personally know for a fact hes working on the one for V. Just be patient, it will be one of the best mods that comes out for V..trust me!

Some of us have connections and others don't.

So glad I came across this thread! ELS will be great, I hated having to hold down a key to change the siren, and now we will be able to do great siren / intersection clearting combos like in IV along with different light stages and traffic advisors!

Whoa! That looks amazing!

I'm obsessed with that video... The lighting on the buildings and overpasses look fantastic!! Hell of a lot better than IV

Well not me, until december!

Looks absolutely incredible, does anyone know if he's allowing modders early access to create ELS compatible vehicles? Whilst the vehicle production has been really slow, I'm impressed with the progression of LSPDFR & policing scripts, this really will be the cherry on top. Phenomenal job. Any ideas of a release month/Date?
