You can eve do "Heal" and you'll obviously be healed (this is all in the rage plugin console BTW which can be opened with F4)

I want to know if it's possible to spawn weapons or at least ammo through 'rage', because you get to a point after a while where you have no ammo and theres no way to get it back.

You can actually do just about anything with the RAGE console, because it has an "Execute" command that will dynamically compile and run code (and there's a "V" icon in the Windows system tray which makes it easier to write more complex things). So, write a short plugin to give ammo, and execute it with the console. Other than that, no way.

You should be able to type 'load', hit tab and space, and then type 'LSPD' and hit tab. 

Tab auto-completes stuff for you, so it should work.

I don't get it! Why people are complaining about the damn F4 key? Just press F4 twice and you can use the Native Trainer just fine! C'mon people it's just a beta!

Or just use the Simple Trainer by Sjaak. Which is superior in any way to the Native Trainer (which was only supposed to be a tech demo anyways).

On top of that, it's toggled with F3.

Ammu-nation is closed and i can't get into the station to access the armory(not saying there is one but it would make for a nice update, ammo/vests/health).

Rigjt now you would need to use a Trainer for that. Because of how the game works, any character model other than Franklin, Trevor or Michael has no way to track money and thus no way to use any store or service that requires it. I use the advanced Simple Native Trainer (similar in functionality to GTA:IV's SNT) to change around my weapon load outs. I also used it to trick out some police cars with upgrades too and save them for easy spawning/access.

The Simple Trainer by Sjaak327 is by far the most advanced and content-rich trainer out there. If you were to use it, you wouldn't need your Bodyguard menu, since the Simple Trainer already has one.

I tried Sjaak's trainer but, in my opinion, it's a mess for the eyes. Organization was really not a concern there. Enhanced Native Trainer is much more organized.

I'm using those two mods also, and both work superb with LSPDFR. The Enhanced Native Trainer not only looks the part but is so simple to use and hosts so many features.

Having a blast with this mod.  Great work guys.  I noticed that after the "official police" do a pursuit and they manage to get the person out of the car they make them lie flat on the ground.  I wonder if that is an option in later betas?  Then of course the calling in to run plates to check for wanted etc.  and perhaps the occasional they have a gun and shoot straight away at you,  then if we can get police helper so you can just walk the streets and check peds ID... man I would be a happy camper.  I know this is early beta and to see how much you have already done with it on first release is pretty bad ass!

What do you mean by "free" version? Is it a pirate copy of GTA V then it would not be possible to play LSPDFR.
