You know - I had the very same issue... the solution - for me - was as simple as running Ragehook as admin.

can we expect to see some features in the feature from gta iv lcpdfr? like walk around with the suspect and let go option=? so we actually can walk with him 

I'm having a blast with this mod. "Damn it feels good to be a cop" XD 
But for some reason the backup, during a pursuit, just spawn in the middle of the street and stay there like a rock. :/

This mod is working Great , only issue i can think of is the odd time i try to pull over a vehicle they take off without having a red dot even  though its a pursuit. And double suspects. during Call outs.  Cant wait until a dedicated call out mod is made :)

Edit startup.rphs with a text editor. Just add whatever you would normally type in the console to that file and it will automatically run when the game starts.

Incredible so far. Loving the pursuits and officer involved shootings.

Multiple active shooters, passing the inglewood forum responding to a pursuit and in an active pursuit following an active shooter.
 

A few things

- Backup is really SLOW

- Police cars disappear

- Wish it had an escort option like in the Police Mod... Would love to drive through the the hood with another squad car behind

- Wish it had a partner option like in the Police Mod as well

I have a question regarding the callouts.
When I try to arrests suspects spawned during a callout they often don't surrender but run away with their hands up. This is usually the point when any further animation stucks in a loop and it looks like the supect is "dancing" during the kneeling animation.

Anyway, is this hands up and run away situation a feature or a bug? Is the suspect supposed to surrender or to resist arrest?

Got a better guide than this? Would fucking love to have it, but I just cant find it, when you mean console you mean the F4?The only way I know how to fix it was to switch charater it you cant do that with LCDFR on.

It's seriously just "Repair"

You can eve do "Heal" and you'll obviously be healed (this is all in the rage plugin console BTW which can be opened with F4)

I want to know if it's possible to spawn weapons or at least ammo through 'rage', because you get to a point after a while where you have no ammo and theres no way to get it back.

You should arrest the peds...not shoot them

Would be much easier in rage plugin though, you can spawn vehicles in it for example, so why not weapons?
