This one seems to be a bug actually in the sense that it does happen quite often with random peds but it was not supposed to be a cop...

What is the latest patch that it does work though?
And is it possible to get Rage Hook for that patch somewhere at this time? As I think I still have the backups of several previous patches but deleted the hook installation files accidentally when downloading the newest one...
Also is it correct that it does not work together with EUP at the moment? They used to go along fine for me at least.
Anyways looking forward to you guys going back to development :) The amount of work going into this is incredible and when you get used to having a system of coexisting agencies that actually makes sense and all those agencies having units out there and doing something as opposed to only existing on paper... Pretty much impossible to go back to vanilla. Not to mention all the eye candy.

The problem is now fixed apparently.
It seems that the update came with some sort of recommended settings for graphics or something that led my computer to believe it should try and run it on the integrated graphics card which is not capable enough for the game.
So forcing it to use the real graphics card fixed it.

Would like to ask is there a mod that lets us call for roadblocks on nearby intersections during pursuits? If I recall correctly there was a mod that could place roadblocks in the area around you and another one that put a roadblock at the map waypoint. Unfortunately I can not find either of them now. Is it possible that this thing was a feature of one of the callout packs that are not yet updated?

Is there actually something wrong with the fact that the author of the thing wanted the credit?

Who knows whether there is a way to get it?

I think the issue you're having with the emissives disappearing is an issue with the cars not having L1s or L2s. I may be wrong though.
 
If what I said above is indeed wrong, if you do try to edit the [bLOOM] section of the ENBSeries.ini, as Sixium says you should try, only try to edit the 'radius1' and 'radius2' section. 'BloomQuality' obviously edits the quality of the bloom, and 'contrast' obviously edits the contrast of the bloom, which i'm pretty sure you're not looking to do.
 
Just in case you don't know:
 
'radius1' comes from the inside of a bright object.
 
'radius2' comes from the outside of a bright object. I think you would have better luck editing this one.

I would certainly at least see what can be done there.

I personally would like to see some more calm routine calls maybe even some false ones and more suspects that just would not shoot you or behave agressively.
